Jason baker's integra retro is by far the best white gun drive.I have ever tried.I had a few problems in Jason with more than happy to help me best money.I've ever spent , and i've spent a lot of money on different white gun drives , and they were all waste until I found the integral retro one terabyte , light gun build , you cannot go wrong for what you pay

These machines are incredible. The attention to detail is spot on. The owner of this company goes out of his way to make sure his customers has the best experience they could possibly have because that's what he wants in his own gaming experience.

One thing I can also attest to is the people claiming they paid for "Lifetime support," in fact, they paid a completely different company for that support. They did NOT pay Integrum Retro for lifetime support.

Integrum Retro has given great customer service to their customers and they always will. They are a company that you can trust and if something is wrong they will work hard to fix it and/or make it right.

The Plug-n-Play Lightgun Drive is Great! Customer service is top notch. Would definitely recommend.

I bought a Lightgun drive through Xtreme Gaming, and when it didn’t work, they completely washed their hands of it—despite the fact that I bought it directly from them. No support, no accountability, nothing but a massive headache.

Enter Integrum Retro. I found them while searching for a fix, and honestly, I wish I’d gone to them first. They were professional, responsive, and clearly knew their stuff. They sorted me out with a properly set-up Lightgun drive that worked straight out of the box—no drama, no excuses, just solid support and a working product.

These guys actually stand by what they do, which is rare these days. If you’re into retro gaming and want to deal with people who take pride in their work—go with Integrum Retro.

Bad after sale service.
Bought a drive and have not got any after sale service with issues! Don’t waist your money

Bought a Integrum Retro light gun drive from Jasen Baker and has many issues. Says drive is plug and play but is not! Doesn't answer my emails as have send several with zero replies. Zero support so can not recommend Integrum Retro, 0 stars if was an option.
Buyers Beware!!!!

Bought arcade machine drive with life support from Integrumretro the end of last year, 2023.
Everything was great support for the first 3 months months until the fixes stopped happening and I was told to buy an updated drive.

Fixes started again in Jan 2024 with 95% of everything fixed.
However, since Feb he has stopped responding and even though I keep reaching out every couple of months there is no more communication with him and no more fixing of my drive.

So my lifetime support lasted 5 months and I'm on my own now.

Bought lifetime support with my arcade cab, won't react to any messages, emails etc. Just took the money and ran.

Sold me a Light Gun drive with life time support now refuses to offer any help at all.
99% of the games do not work.
Jasen accused me of doing something to the drive when it dd not work in the first place.
Very shady.
I applied for a refund and he refused my request.
And he even blocked me on Facebook.
