Beautiful flowers
Great service. Ordered on 18 and delivered on same day. However no name on card, so person did not know who send the flowers. But I understand that the flowers are beautiful.

The card had names missing…
The size of the bouquet was disappointing, no Protea's like photo. I know you say flowers can be a selection. I didnt pay for budget flowers!
The worst thing was not having the card details included as I had forwarded, 4 people's names were missed off leaving me very embarrassed. The card details do not show on your email order confirmation either.
Can congratulate the delivery person though they came on time

The flowers
The flowers, when they arrived, were beautiful but the delivery was late which was very disappointing. I ordered the flowers on Friday and asked for delivery on Monday. They didn’t turn up until Tuesday. This is the second time I’ve ordered when delivery has been late.

Hello Michelle, we are sorry you were disappointed with the delivery. Because the order was going to a rural delivery area, Monday delivery is not possible and we are sorry you were not advised. We would normally send you notification but in this instance the florist did not communicate this to us. We apologise for this. We did email you explaining the late delivery.
