Small and didn’t look like chosen bouquet
Bouquet delivered was small for the price paid and didn’t reflect the style we had carefully chosen. Delivered a day later than requested and left without any contact made to recipient. Very disappointing experience. Customer Services handled complaint promptly and offered refund which is why review gets 2 stars instead of 1

The person who received the flowers said that they were beautiful. As far as delivery goes I'm not sure what time they arrived ? but maybe could have been earlier going on the reaction time from the recipient?

My friend was overwhelmed by the bouquet, it was absolutely beautiful and was made to a very high standard The bouquet was full of beautiful flowers and colours and worth the price. They were delivered on time by a lovely lady and as requested my friend was informed of them being delivered. Service was impeccable.
It took me a few attempts to place my order but I would definitely recommend using Interflora
