Very good bank! Customer support answers quickly and not just these standard messages. They really understand your question and reply then. Haven't had any problems since joining, keep it up guys!

Es funktioniert zwar alles soweit, allerdings ist der Funktionsumfang eines Intergiro-Accounts derart gering, dass es auch ein Wunder wäre, wenn es hier zu irgendwelchen Problemen käme… es gibt ja nicht mal eine Dauerauftrag-Funktion! Man kann tatsächlich nur manuell Geld senden und empfangen und dafür 9,- Euro Kontogebühr im Monat…? Come on, da gibt es bessere Fintechs, werde wohl bald wechseln!

It is very pleasant to communicate with the support, they really helped.

I would like to thank Karen for her support in solving a technical problem with a payment. In principle, Intergiro corrects me for this: problems are solved quickly and kindly. It says more about the service than any advertisement.

I also like that in support, communication is scripted, but personal. And I'm sure that the support person read what I wrote and answered exactly my questions, and not copy-pasted the answer by keywords without paying attention to the question.

A bank that is up to date and does not ban crypto transactions, but rather welcomes these customers. This, of course, after a very thorough analysis of the potential customers. Unique in its kind, but a bank where everyone who does business correctly feels welcome. Hopefully they will get many more customers who are currently not welcome or satisfied with their traditional bank.

They have ban my account because of their terms violation. They didn’t provide me with any information about the violation. I have never violated their terms.

So, they have closed my account for no reason even without prior 60-days’ notice as per their Terms.

Very fast on boarding process and customer care team doing a great job to make you feel that you are dealing with a serious company. I have faced in the beginning some difficulties, when in my first deposit i had wire transferred a small amount as a test to my intergiro account from another bank account that i hold (SEPA). The problem was not with intergiro but with my other bank. Customer care team was there to support and re assure that my money were not lost. Definitely i would suggest to others to open an account with intergiro.

Using it for my online business company, so far very happy with it. Looks great and no issues at all for me!

I am really satisfied with Intergiro and therefore I give them 5 stars. But can someone please tell me at which banks Intergiro maintains the EUR liquidity besides the account at the ECB?

5 stars of course. Intergiro was the only bank to take my application seriously. They came back with plenty of questions which means that they care for people as they could've simply said that my application was too complicated. They didn't do that and now I'm a very satisfied Intergiro client. Keep up the good work.

PS: Maybe add loan and credit solutions ? That would be icing on the cake.

I've been using Starling and Soldo, but nothing comes close to Intergiro regarding convenience and features.

I've been banking with them for over a year now and I'm just amazed by the features they offer and the convenience of the user interface. Recently they launched their business banking API which enables me to automate all my payments with code and nearly instantly reconcile my books - it's incredible!

If you haven't looked into Intergiro yet, I really recommend doing so - you won't be disappointed!
