I have been with Internetbs for many…
I have been with Internetbs for many years. I used to use other domain providers and all of them charged extra for the privacy settings that are free with this company. While they may not be the cheapest - when comparing one year enticement offers from other companies, they are consistently the cheapest over the years. I have been creating websites for over 25 years - and have used Internetbs for all my domains for well over 16 years (if memory serves me correctly). They are reliable and reasonably priced, and when you consider the free privacy mode on domains i.e. (.com etc that allow it) - they are very cheap and protect your e-mail accounts from spam when your name is published on domain ownership (and scammer) websites.
I have all my domains in one place and use various VPS or shared hosting on a number of other companies.

C’est une arnaque
C’est une arnaque. N’achetez jamais la bas. Après avoir acheté 3 noms de domaine, mon compte se retrouve bloqué pour aucune raison. Ils me demandent des pièces d’identité+photo de la carte bancaire (pas sur que ce soit légal) ce que je fais car j’ai dépensé de l’argent. Plus aucune nouvelle depuis et aucune réponse à mes relances.
En un mot : SCAM

Mi hanno bloccato l'account dopo un pagamento fatto per un rinnovo. Mi hanno richiesto i documenti per l'identificazione, prontamente forniti. Dopodichè nessubo ha mai piu risposto. La chat è totalmente inutile, risponde un agente AI che apre solo ticket ma non ti mette mai in contatto con un operatore. Non c'e modo di contattarli. Ho una 30ina di domini su questo account e non so come poter accedere. Ho anche domini in scadenza e non posso rinnovarli. Servizio totalmente pessimo. Assistenza inesistente
Reliable service with consistently good pricing
I’ve been using Internet.bs for several years and overall my experience has been very positive. The platform is straightforward to use, and managing domains, including DNS updates, renewals, and transfers, has always been smooth for me.
One thing I really appreciate is their pricing. Both new domain registrations and renewals are often lower than many other registrars I’ve used, which makes it cost-effective to maintain multiple domains. Billing has been clear and predictable, with no surprises so far.
While every service has room to improve, Internet.bs has been reliable for my needs, and I’ve had no major issues during my time with them. Based on my personal experience, I’m satisfied with the value and service they provide.
Satisfied customer for 10 years
I have been a customer of Internet.bs for over 10 years and manage many domains with them. Throughout all this time, I have never had any significant issues with their service.
The only time I experienced a problem was when a domain had expired and I had difficulty renewing it, but this was an isolated incident.
I see there are many negative reviews, but this does not reflect my personal experience. For me, the service has always been reliable and functional.
I recommend them.
Bad UI; dark patterns.
Their webUI is very BAD compared to others, and has quite a bit of dark patterns. Their auto renewal also doesn't work at all for me. Had to pay a 20€ fine because they can't code properly.
When BS stands for what you think..
The service from InternetBS is okay—as long as you don’t need to contact their customer support. Unfortunately, once you do, things can get frustrating very quickly.
For weeks now, my .it domain has been set to “inactive” by nic.it, and despite multiple attempts, I haven’t been able to resolve the issue through InternetBS. They initially responded to my first message, but only to suggest that I should “check if my DNS servers are correct.” That would have been a useful tip—if it weren’t for the fact that my DNS settings have been unchanged for over three years, using Cloudflare, and the domain was locked for any changes anyway.
Had the support agent actually taken the time to review the case properly, it would have been obvious that the issue wasn’t on my end. When I pointed this out, I received no further reply. Since then, I’ve been in contact directly with nic.it to get the problem sorted out—but even they are being ignored by InternetBS.
A brilliant performance, really—especially when the domain in question underpins part of my infrastructure and cannot be used globally at the moment.
Summary: InternetBS works fine until something goes wrong. Once it does, don’t expect much (or any) meaningful support.
Edit: Thank you for your reply. I’ve already been in "direct contact" with your support team – both the German and English departments – but aside from one single response over the course of an entire month, there has been no further communication.
In addition, I reached out to the support and admin email accounts of tldregistrarsolutions.com, as listed by NIC.it as the responsible party, but these messages were also ignored. NIC.it has been informed of the situation and has now opened a case against InternetBS to investigate the matter. Fortunately, with their assistance, the issue has finally been resolved.
However, InternetBS has cost me a full month of lost time and money without delivering any service, leading to significant disruptions in the availability of my infrastructure. Thank you for that.

InternetBS è sicuro e affidabile ma i prezzi sono totalmente fuori mercato. Per fare un esempio, i domini .pro costano più di 30 €, su altri provider come CloudFlare meno di 20 €. Con estensioni molto costose, il risparmio è avvero surreale. Inutile dirvi che ho trasferito tutto su CloudFlare dove già gestivo i DNS, il passaggio è stato automatico. Richiede un attimino di pratica ma ragazzi qui parliamo di un risparmio altissimo.

I have been a customer for many years but recently I had a negative experience, the registry suspended my .io domain but after repeated attempts to understand the reason for the suspension internetbs ignored me completely, I find myself with a paid domain and I can not use it
Literally 10x more expensive renewal than any other site
They will attract you with a discount when tou take a new domain with special extension (.tech, .live...) but at the renewal costs 10 times the normal price, I had an experience where I was offered to renew a .tech domain for more than 100 euros while on other sites (Squarespace, Godaddy...) I was offered 18 euros for the renewal. I strongly advise you against this site.

I am happy with their service and really wanted to give 5 stars as well. But due to some issues with India having issues with their company or something, sometimes I just couldn't open my own account portal without using VPN. Other than that, I love Internetbs and already purchased 2 domains from here. Will be purchasing more very soon.

Extremely Unresponsive Abuse Team – Ignoring UDRP Decision
I am writing this review to document our experience with Internet.bs. We are Digital Content Protection Srl, acting on behalf of Sky Group. After filing a UDRP complaint regarding the infringing domain , we obtained a decision in our favor ordering the transfer of the domain.
Despite repeated emails and attempts to follow up, Internet.bs support and abuse teams have failed to provide any cooperation or clear timeline for the transfer. The domain remains blocked but unresolved, leaving it vulnerable to further abuse.
The complete lack of response and transparency is unacceptable for an ICANN‑accredited registrar handling sensitive copyright matters.
We strongly urge Internet.bs to address this issue immediately and align with ICANN obligations, or we will continue escalating this matter to authorities and document our experience further.
