Avoid this company like the plague, device was delivered to them 2 weeks ago and I'm still waiting on payment. They do not respond to emails and the mobile number on Google is always turned off. Worst company I have ever dealt with!
Can't find my original post. After initial problems I received a call and everything was sorted instantly. My faith has been restored in them.
Terrible company, sent them my Xbox on the 26th of March, still waiting, so I have started a claim through small claims. What a way to run a company!
May 22nd UPDATE:
Intocrap finally returned my Xbox but I had sent 2 controllers but only received one, sent them an email or two but as usual they’re keeping quiet.

Sent 2 emails had no response and it’s been nearly 10 days now it’s a joke, I’m now going further,DO NOT USE
I've waited over a week for payment. I've heard very little in relation to the item I sent into them. Payment on the website says it's supposed to be same day, still waiting. Might have to go to trading standards shortly regarding this. Avoid this company.
Apart from sending the relevant postage label to send the item, the rest has been extremely poor customer service. I am still waiting for payment a week after my item was delivered to them, which I have Royal Mail tracking proof of.
And after emailing them a number of times to try and find out the situation, I have only received one reply back. This email stated that I would receive payment on a date which has now also passed.
Advertising on your website as same day payment without any hassle couldn't be further from the truth! I'm really disappointed in the process, that should have been completely straightforward from start to finish.
If you are considering selling your console to IntoCash, I would suggest you look elsewhere first!
