Ever tried registering for My Invesco ? Whoever designed the site should be dismissed. Impossible to properly input your address so you cannot go any further. I thought Schroder was the worst but Invesco are even worse.

Invesco, the company that near enough to the day a year later sent an email to my Dead Mother's email address about her policy that my elderly Dad is trying to sort since she died a year ago! That was the final straw for me before writing a review on the company despite their over the top requests for original documents resent etc - Avoid like the plague and please dont leave family to deal with them, its that last stress someone needs.

Had a fault with my mobility scooter and they were absolutely amazing at putting the matter right in a very professional and quick manner. Everybody concerned from Mike in Technical to Richard the engineer who came to repair it at my address were polite, empathetic and a pleasure to deal with, I cannot recommend this company high enough.
I would rate Zero stars
I would rate Zero stars. Constant pushback on documents. Refuse to accept e-documents. Refusal to send funds by telegraphic transfer. Send as a cheque but don’t use airmail. Refusal to call back. Their admin team change each time and simply repeat the same incorrect message each time I supply further information. They investigate complaints internally - leading to the inevitable finding that Customer is wrong and their flawed and outdated internal process is found to be correct. NEVER EVER invest here.

I wish you had an option for negative stars. This company is unbelievable. The customer service is nonexistent. When you do call they don’t care about you or your account. I submitted something as simple as a name change doc and after 30 days they shredded it and never acted on it. Apparently I had Missed a spot for the signature for my former name and instead of calling me they emailed. The email went to my spam email so I never saw it. They would never think to pick up a phone and call me. I sent the original copy with the notary seal which shows I was serious and paid for the seal. They just willy-nilly shredded it and oh well I am pulling all my money and putting it in my Fidelity account. Hopefully I can actually withdraw my funds because according to other reviewers, they are not quick to give up our money.

We act for clients where iSA applications were submitted 8 days before the end of the financial year.Invesco claimed to receive the forms and cheques on the 7th April.It NEVER takes a first class envelope 10 days to arrive.This sums up their incompetence.arrogant unhelpful lacking in knowledge and ability just embarrassing..They are the worst company I have ever dealt with..They need to change urgently

Whose money is it anyway?
So here we are 6 weeks later , shares were sold on the 16th Dec 2024. We sent in the document requested 2 weeks ago , guess i will have to make the 5th international phone call to find out why the funds have yet to be transfered , after this if no joy its the financial ombudsman with a solicitor , this type of business does not mirror how it was sold to us 28 years ago , it is disgraceful . I wonder if i never contacted them again if they would ever bother communicating again or answer to any organisation as to why they are holding large sums of customers funds in holding accounts , not even invested. Makes one wonder what is really going on?

35 emails , 3 online chats , 1 international courier , 2 local letter posts , it would be easier to try make contact with Donald Trump! You think raising a complaint might get their attention , leave your number says its urgent ......you guessed , they dont give a dam , its their money right? Run dont even think about trusting this disgrace of a company with your hard earned money , they will do everything to make your life a living hell if you are in a foreign country . Shame on you
Avoid Invesco
I don't know where to begin..... Of all the many, many financial companies/platforms we have had to deal after our mothers death- Invesco are the worst by miles. Poor communication verbally and via email, poorly trained staff, often mumbled, no clear direction, kept adding further forms for us to complete without little guidance,didn't manage requests from the solicitor, then wanted numberous forms completed or couldn't even advise. Certainly missed opportunities to make further investments due to poor training, and poor organisation. Never enquired what the short, medium and long-term plan was for all our mothers and fathers investments.
As soon as probate has been completed all funds from all the family will be removed from Invesco and transferred to Hargreaves Lansdown. Stay away from dealing with Invesco.

This used to be a great company and phone customer services.
Now it’s so bad , people have such poor English that it’s impossible to sort out any issues with them.
Trying to switch money to my grandson , into ISA past several months unsuccessfully!!
I sent all forms but keep getting them back , being told something is missing.
The phone service is handled by incompetent , badly trained people who are so difficult to understand that I just had to give up. Woman called Daniela is so incompetent and difficult to understand that I just had to hang up on her and could not give a review.
Total disgrace of a service!!!
THEY DELAY PAYING OUT
I cashed in a bond on 28th September and was told it would be paid on "settlement day" the 1st October. LIES. I needed this money to help pay off a card that was costing me big interest. I phoned every day and was given a load of lies - It had been paid - It was being paid - After a week I requested to speak to a supervisor - He was on a line and would ring back - He/She didn't. Only Lauren and Jack spoke the truth. Most of the others spoke with a heavy non-UK accent and it was very difficult to understand them. Perhaps this was intentional. I finally got the pay out a week late. From the other reviews it seems that I was fortunate. I dont suppose that anyone in Invesco will read this but if they do the bond in question was 20100791 and I would request compensation for the £97 it cost me because of their delayed payment.
Issues with a simple rollover
I can vouch for some of the other reviews. Invesco makes the process of moving money WAY TOO difficult. It has literally taken me MONTHS to do a simple rollover. They keep asking for forms that my other company (a bigger company) says doesn't exist. I still haven't been able to move that money over yet. Be VERY cautious with Invesco! AVOID!

I have been trying for 6 months to liquidate my 93 year old father's investment with Invesco. The customer service has been appalling. Hanging on the phone from Australia to the UK is the norm and on every call there are more documents to send. It is death by a thousand cuts. Surely there is a set of documention required that can be mentioned in one call, rather than me continually calling and being informed there is a new requirement. Not once has Invesco contacted me, it is always me calling them to progress the situation. Due to the difficulty dealing with this company and the extreme difficutly in withdrawing funds from them, I cannot recommend dealing with them, in fact they are the worst company I have ever had to deal with, so buyer beware.

Absolutely useless so when I decide to terminate my policies because I cannot log-in online and state this in the letter I sent to Invesco; Invesco then send me a text message and email to tell me to log-on to see their reply!!!
I then subsequently have to call Invesco again to explain that there is no point in sending me messages telling me to log-in online to see their message when I cannot log-in! I enquire as to when I will receive my monies and was told funds will be in my bank account by close-of-business 29/05/2024. Unsurprisingly, no funds were transferred so this meant I had to call Invesco once again only to be told that Invesco had sent a cheque as they did not have my bank details!!!....

Tina, Anna, Lauren and Dan all operatives that answer the phone when enquiring all fob you off. The company is a scam so avoid like the plague!!!!!!!!!

Poor Basic Customer Service
I phoned Invesco's customer service with a simple query. I knew there was going to be a problem when Invesco's employee asked what an ETF was. She couldn't answer my question and so suggested a call back. I agreed. Needless to say Invesco did not call on the agreed day and it's now been 4 days without a call.
Edit: Received the callback today (10/05/24) over 2 weeks after it was promised! I wish I could give 0 stars.

Unable to log in token not received. Week ago tried phone but after 40 min still not answered. Left it a few days still no success logging in.
Need to check my account - frustrating. Will move my funds
What Customer Service?
I echo many of the comments left on here. Dealing with my late mothers estate and of all of the financial institutions I have contacted so far, the attitude from Invesco was by far the worst. After waiting over 30 minutes for somebody to answer the phone, I got told to go online. Even though it's not my account. Several security questions later, they grudgingly told me they would write to her!? Awful customer service!
