Terrible Property Investment Company
This is a property management firm. They were the point of contact between me and the landlord when I was renting from them in Warrington.
They are a terrible company. Slow at responding to tenants, slow at making repairs, they don’t adhere properly to fire regulations. While I was living there they had multiple visits from the council for various HMO regulation violations probably causing the landlord a lot of expense.
As I left they tried to charge me for a cleaning fee and damages which was later dropped as their own Move Out in section document contradicted what they said. If this doesn’t prove the levels of incompetency I don’t know what else will.
Whether you’re a landlord or a tenant, avoid this organisation.
