Hi Bamboo Team,

I appreciate the opportunity to use your platform for trading in Nigeria—it has been very helpful.

However, I would like to raise a concern regarding the commission fees associated with buying and selling U.S. stocks. For active traders, these per-transaction charges can quickly accumulate and significantly impact overall profitability.

I would like to suggest considering a subscription-based pricing model—perhaps a fixed monthly fee (e.g., $7/month) that allows for commission-free trades on U.S. stocks. This approach is already being adopted by platforms such as Wealthsimple and other international brokers, making trading more accessible and cost-effective for frequent users.

For instance, on a $1,000 trade, a $16 commission can materially reduce potential gains. When additional fees are applied upon selling, even a modest profit (e.g., $30) can easily turn into a loss.

Introducing a similar option on your platform could encourage greater user engagement and attract more active traders, particularly those focused on the U.S. market.

I have withdraw money from bamboo but getting to two weeks I never received my money

If you are yet to get in , you better think twice. They told public that they charge $1 commission for purchase of USA stock and $1 for sell , it is not true with respect to sell. For sell, you do not know how much they will end up reaping you off. Again, they give you the worst and negative exchange rate for both your buy and sell. In fact , difference between the two can be well over 30% to your negative. For instance, if you are buying with Naira, they charge N1,485 per $1 and if you want to sell the same minute , they will give you N1,455. So, the question is, what is in it for you? You are practically risking your capital and having other humans to be unjustly enriching themselves through your sweat.

Why will a stock trading platform be playing hanky panky with commission it is charging its own customers? Why will a business be reaping off its own customers?

I was emotionally drained after the fake renewable platform locked my account. The profits were staged, and support disappeared. C͟y͟p͟h͟e͟r͟G͟u͟a͟r͟d͟I͟n͟t͟e͟l͟ brought clarity, traced the funds, and recovered them. That relief mattered.

For a week now I can't get results and I follow invest. com which is updating performance but for weeks now bamboo just palm my money no increase no trading ... I anticipate the next thing is too show zero balance .. big scam

I was going nuts,couldn’t access my funds but Ravinloops came through and I got my funds back

Very Poor Service... You are limited to selling on a set number of shares and they have poor customer service

Avoid using this platform! They would let you deposit as much as you can to invest, but when it came time to withdraw, that's when the real trouble began.
Fortunately, I explained everything to my coworker at work, and she suggested a good platform called 'S tamp'life!! I must say that I'm glad | heeded her advice.

It’s not good at all, I have been trying to reach the customer service since forever, they never respond to my email. My account has been pending activation for weeks, please don’t invest using this app it’s bad.

Bamboo just suddenly has the worst Customer Service Support.
They've deactivated their call number and for over 4 weeks I have been trying to contact them to resolve a withdrawal that was reversed and they have been playing Delay tactics!

Bamboo, please reach out to me via my email which holds account with your investment platform.

I wish I came here before planning to invest in Nigerian stocks using Bamboo, the hype got me! I have been locked out of my account for 3 weeks now. Customer care service has been unresponsive, support@investment bamboo only sends automated message to let you know they have received your message and after that, no response. Three weeks now, no access, no email response, stock investment plan in the drain. Never follow media hype, please read reviews. Second time I have fallen victim of this with Nigerian investment companies. If I ever get my 50K out of their, never using the app again.

I made a withdrawal request for over five days. I have written to the customer support and there has been no response to my request even from the customer support! I can't talk or chat with a live person! I can't track withdrawal requests! Service needs to improve.

I do not recommend. I am waiting for my withdrawal since June 25th

Misan is a NIGHTMARE - worst experience
I recently opened an account and started investing. Then they introduced me to Misan and I registered and created a virtual card and transferred money into my card. The following day, I could not access the card again and each time I want to open the card, it prompts me to create a new card which will be charged but without access to the over 500 USD I have on the other card. I have written severally but the best I got was an auto reply.
The main Bamboo account is fine but the Misan account is a bizarre.

Update: My money was eventually returned to my account after several exchanges even though it's less by 75,000 naira. Once again, thanks 15/7/2025

My friend KBella plugged me to the wonders of investing on Bamboo... never looked back since.

Seamless, and easy to use

I've been using Bamboo for a little while now and even though I'm new to investing and it took me a little while to get used to the system, I like how easy it got after a couple of days of use.

I also love that there's other options to grow your money including Treasury Bills and the Dollar Fixed Return.
You can just stash spare money you're not using in there and have it work for you!

I bless the day my friend NAOMI AJAYI introduced me to bamboo, we were just having a girls time and boom she talks bout investing and making more money, security my future, and that day has turned over my finances. I highly recommend Bamboo they are going to make u more money, the apps is user friendly, good rates as well, and the stocks? Absolutely great deals from a first time investor.

Bamboo investor are useless and bamboo app not take good with the customer and I don’t know how I say
