Being a veteran I found it very helpful when I found Investor Crate, veteran own company. It gave me a chance to start investing in valuable metals at a very affordable price.

I'm happy with becoming a monthly subscriber. IC is very honest & consistent.

I will write this review for a second time, since my first review was taken down. I’ve been with investor crate for many many months, and I love what they send me. I am happy with what I receive and their premiums on additional items are very fair. As a veteran, I support this company 100%, and will continue to invest in what they send me. Y’all have to understand this is a subscription box, not a buy what you want unless it’s add ons to your subscription.

I subscribe to 2 boxes every month and the next delivery will mark 1 year of doing business with IC. I can honestly say that it seems that 1 box is generally a few $ shy of what I would expect and the remaining box is always a few $ more. Overall, very satisfied!

Been buying from investor crate for 4-5 years now! Have great support if any issues! I get a monthly box!

Had an $100 subscription box and got $61.46 worth of silver.; not even a full ounce.
It would be a better investment to purchase individual coins from other companies.

Buyer Beware! I like the concept, however it's very very blurry when your subscription order actually comes. They indicated initially via correspondence that they lock your spot price in near the beginning of the month-coincided with your subscription charge. However this is not accurate. They give you a slip in your box that not only doesn't indicate what's in it- but also doesn't indicate when your specific spot price was locked in. When asking them why the box seemed 40-$60 short of value on a $200/ month level subscription, they said it was because they made a bulk order when the spot was substantially higher during the 3rd week of the previous month. I get it- they need to make $ and that's called a premium- but getting to a larger premium should not come from stating the order was made during a higher spot time frame to accommodate.

Message sent that reflects from IC that communicates when they purchase their wholesale bulk buy. “ Typically the beginning of the month”
“ We base our prices and premiums on the time our trade desk puts in the whole sale order typically around the first of the month. When people purchase after the cut off, we automatically base it off of the next subscription sku since the fulfillment for the previous month was already done. Purchasing BEFORE that 5th cut off locks in the price for the current month's sku/price.

The "¼" gram gold coin they sent me only weighs .13 of a gram. I've left a review and tried reaching out and they still haven't explained this. Now I'm wondering if it's actually gold.

I’ve been purchasing through investor crate since 2019 and have had nothing but the best experience with their handling and transparency with their product. Their boxes are priced at a value under premium so you’re getting more for your money.

I love this company, they make investing in precious metals so easy. Their profit margins are so low, If I were to spend the time and gas to find better deals, I’d be losing money. Anyone that says they’re overpriced doesn’t value their own time or they don’t know what they’re talking about. I have been subscribed for a while now and also take advantage of the monthly fire sales. I intend to be a subscriber for another 20 years. Don’t listen to the naysayers, if you want to start investing in something that you can hold in your hands, IC is where it’s at.

They’ve been loyal and have good value and service. As a customer for several years and a veteran myself, I would expect nothing less than the best and they deliver.

I have been using Investor Crate for my investing in Sliver for years. The Sliver is of great quality and their customer support is quick and helpful!

We have had a great experience with investor crate over the last 3 years and they have always made me feel like a very important customer even if you buy small boxes they answer right away and you don't just get a computer you actually talk to someone direct I will continue to do business with them as long as I am alive !

I read that denigrating Trust pilot review
and took the shipments from the month before and the month after to my local precious metals dealer. He confirmed they had sent me .99 silver. I was shocked, shocked I say that John Coppo lied. IC should track him down and knee cap him. Or at least send a sternly worded letter.😂

I started a subscription early 2025 gold and silver. I have been very happy with everything received. The added bonus if you have subscription can purchase with add on page after 15th of the month. Those are the best deals!

Awesome job! Best bang for your buck! They even sent me a free coin after a few months of being a customer which i thought was cool. I continue my business and would recommend to everyone!
