PLEASE DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BRAND. WHO KNOWS HOW MANY MORE CREATIVES WERE RIPPED OFF BY THIS COMPANY. THEIR COMMENTS ARE FLOODED WITH SCAMMER ALLEGATIONS AND THEY BLOCKED ME WHEN I MENTIONED THEY STOLE FROM THE SMALL BUSINESS. THEY TOOK THE STUFF OFF THE WEBSITE BUT ARE STILL MARKETING IT CURRENTLY. SHAME ON THEM.

Took a gamble at this company in 2021, not many companies put top quality products like Invicta Kuru. I saw potential and they delivered on every drop they had. From the very beginning there work is just getting better and better. Every product I got live up to it’s expectations and more. Loved the community they built for this company. All I can say is they’ll just keep getting bigger and better.

Easy to navigate website, quick and easy checkout experience, great quality products at great price point. I couldn’t be happier with my gym bag.

Had a great experience with the company. I ordered multiple items and when they arrived, I found out that two of the items were too big.

I did my best to follow the sizing guide to make sure I would get the sizing right but I ended up needing to go a size down.

I contacted support and they got back to me within 24 hours to verify the condition and I had a return label within two days of opening the support ticket.

In total, it took about two weeks to get my order finalized which included getting the first order, contacting support, mailing back the items, and getting the exchange items in the mail.

I plan on ordering from Invicta Kuru again.

I ordered this in March and it just got here. When I asked repeatedly for order updates I never heard back until the 5th time, and I had to message through Instagram to get a response. The reply was, we're backed up, these will ship out on the 24th of April. Then nothing else. No Shop app updates, nothing else. When it got here, its just shipped in a small bag that was dirty and torn. The hoodie itself is quality, the design is awesome, it's comfortable, but a little smaller than what I thought it would be. Or I'm getting fat. Probably getting fat, but it's still a nice fit, I'm glad ordered up a size. It is a little heavy but not that warm, which was surprising, but actually that is perfect for my hot Alaskan ass. But, I noticed a stale, funky, almost mildew smell, like it's been sitting in shipping for a while. The price for it was high, but I really wanted this, and I'm a little disappointed after all this.

Customer service is great. I accidentally ordered the same item that my Fiancé had ordered in a separate order, and the team very smoothly and expediently fix the issue by letting me do an exchange.

Loved the materials of the fits! They are so soft and stretchy.

I have several of the women's outfits, a sweatshirt, duffle bag, lifting straps, and wrist wraps from InvictaKuru. Everything is top notch quality! I'm impressed with all the fun designs with every drop.

I had an issue with sizing on a pair of shorts. Customer service was quick to respond, got me a return label, and my new shorts sent out in a matter of days.

If you love anime and you love working out, this company is high quality in their products and customer service.

I really wanted to like the products as far as the shorts go. I bought my usual size and as a plus size girl I was really disappointed in the fit. I've been trying to find nerdy gym ware and the designs are cute but lack the proper materials. The shorts were sadly unwearable and the material offered no stretch to accommodate my belly and thighs. I would recommend changing it to a stretchy material. I did however really love the Shinobu duffle.

Ive made 3 orders so far and the quality has been nice for each. The hoodies and joggers are thick material, and the designs are usually embroidered so I dont worry about them getting damaged in the wash. I will say its probably better to size up. The material has stretch but it is strong so that limits it, and it can be uncomfortable if you dont like a tight fit. I usually wear small and mediums have been comfortable for me.

I had an issue with a coupon code not working after using some points and the representative assisted me and offered to replace it with another discount code. No issues at all.

You can tell they put a lot of thought into their designs. Seems like a fun community.

They were patient, and just all around great

Terrible customer service. I had made an order for the wrong size, but was able to email them before it shipped out and they told me they were able to change the order. Once I received my order, it came in the wrong size. I emailed customer service back and was able to provide all information needed in order to make the exchange. After 3 weeks, zero updates or replies about an exchange being made. Once you’ve made an order, customer service does not give a crap about whether or not you got the wrong order.

I purchased a pair of shorts from them during the black friday sales, the item arrived with a hole in it, I emailed them, they asked for photo evidence which I responded to, ever since I have been completely ghosted by them, it has been 5 months and still nothing.
The owner of the business has also gone and offered discounts to people that rate them 5 stars on here so do not trust the reviews.

If I could give negative stars I would. Put in an order over a month ago, and it still hasn’t shipped. I’ve tried contacting and tried to get a cancellation for the order with no response. Absolute garbage customer service and company in my experience. I will never use them again.

Waited over a month to get the wrong sized sweatshirt.

Sizes arent accurate. Tried to make a return and met all the criteria of the return, original packaging and tags still on, only put it on to see the fit. but they're denying a return because it had hair on it. Are you kidding me? You run a clothing business and deny returns because of hair? You inherently accept that risk of people or pet hair when you run a clothing company. Take a lint roller to it. Nowhere under the return section does it say we can deny returns over hair. And they make you pay for your own shipping both ways.What's to stop me from taking a lint roller to it and sending it back?
They offered an exchange because it's not eligible for a refund because of hair. I'm sorry, how tf can you offer an exchange when you originally stated that you can't accept it to begin with? You'd be keeping the item either way, just refund me!
When they did do the exchange, it was an 90$ item in exchange for 2 40$ items. they only sent one and waited 17 days after I contacted my bank for fraud to respond. They want me to pay to ship it back again. no refund me the difference or send the second item. I've never had a good experience with this company.
All the reviews on the site have been curated, all the positive reviews are left up, but the negative reviews are actively being removed. And typically they're the ones with most detail on product and customer support quality.

It’s been over 3 months and I have had no communication on my order. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.

The customer service is horrible. Placed a order back in November-december time frame and part of the order was canceled by them for no longer having the item in stock. They are refusing to give a simple refund of the item that was not received and keep pushing store credit. Have told them multiple times that a refund is wanted. Now they wont reply to the email chain and has been going back and forth since February and still won't process a refund.
