Had to order a new catsuit after my previous suit gave out following 6 years of dedicated service. The workmanship is top notch, and there was a really quick turnaround from the order to delivery, even with custom elements and specifications. I don’t see the point in shopping anywhere else.

I’ve been a happy customer of Invincible Rubber for nearly 10 years, from my first suit suit bought purely on a whim to my vast collection of gear. The staff are always so happy to help, and if there are any issues they will always do their very best to rectify it.

Only regret is not to have ordered it before

Firstly I won a raffle prize and they would not let me reclaim the prize, when I gave them a poor review they accused me of lying, despite me having the voucher.

Secondly I went for measurement of 2 suits and they charged me a deposit of £1100 emailing me stating the order was on hold. When the customosation came through it was a further £300. I asked to cancel one suit and they then informed me they would not refund £150 per suit.

I feel it is very unreasonable

I have issued a chargeback with my credit card provider and I trust I will get a refund via them.

Sizing is bizarre. They list items as one a size, but they're actually several inches shorter as they allow for "stretch". How anyone is meant to dictate their own fit with that is beyond me. It almost sounds like a lie, as what kind of company gives you the size of an item, if you stretch it?
And nowhere is this mentioned on their website. Then youre expected to pay for the return and you can't return if its had talc or shine applied. Yeh, no bother, I'll just ram myself into this tiny top with nothing at all to help.

Didn't waste my time with the return, passed it on to a friend and will make sure those I know stick to other sites with proper sizing.

Item itself was well made with nice latex, but if its not an accurate size, it's useless.

Invinclerubber.com is not fair always points to the other. RoyalMail confirmed to receive many complaints about this webshop and to take their responsibility. Especially after Brexit.
Very very bad service. Package is delivery for more than 6 months. Invinciblerubber.com and RoyalMail remain responsible for the shipment even if declined because invincible was not honest about customs clearance charges and then promptly amended the terms. Both sides don't give a damn about taking their responsibility.
