Take everything in writing.
I am 63 years old and a retired teacher. I invested around $17,500 of my hard earned money with Invistro. My account number is #468345#.
My experience has been complicated. In the beginning Mr farooq was my account manager. After a few months Mr Amrith came. Then Mr Furqan came and later Mr Arjun became responsible for my account.
The main problem I had was communication. Every account manager came with different rules and different offers.
First I had a Swap Free account. Then I moved to Gold and later Platinum. I understood the benefits of these account types. On some of my trades I did not pay swap.
Later I received a notification that the Swap Free condition was removed. Unfortunately the email went to my junk folder and I found it later. I continued trading and was getting charged swap. I understand that the company had informed me by email so I cannot blame the company for that.
My main concern was that my account manager kept changing. Every new person had different information and different offers. This made things confusing for me.
I also had a trade on Gold with volume 3. When my account was changed from Platinum to Silver it had a big effect on my margin level.
Mr Arjun told me that Mr Furqan was responsible for this. I asked to speak with Mr Furqan but I was told that he is no longer responsible for my account.
My advice to both clients and the company is to keep everything in writing. Clients should know clearly who is responsible for their account and for how long. Any swap condition or account change should also be given in writing.
I want to be clear that I never had any problem with my withdrawals. I have received around $15,000 in withdrawals so far. I also had a good experience with the education and knowledge provided.
I know that Invistro has licensing and regulations. My concern was not about withdrawals. My concern was communication and how things are handled when there is a problem.
So far the support and compliance teams have been very professional. They helped me and explained the swap conditions and the Platinum account clearly.
I also want to mention that Mr Vijay needs more professional training. Account managers should know the rules and conditions properly before giving information or making offers to clients.
Overall I have had a good experience with Invistro. I have not had any withdrawal issue and the education and support have been good.
My advice to every client is to be careful with account managers. Do not depend only on verbal communication. Take everything in writing so there is no confusion later.
I also request the company not to call me for now. I need a break. When I have a good account manager who understands the products and conditions properly I will continue my journey with Invistro.
