the worse company i ever experience

the worse company i ever experience. i have been with them for almost 4 yrs. They raise from 20 to 100 per month out of the blue. Here is the catch. i submit a ticket for support. it never resolved and funny i submit another ticket for cancellation and they did it. what a best way to loose a business. Their platform is no where to consider 100. I can use Zoho for free and much better with feature.

Everything was very good for 2 years I…

Everything was very good for 2 years I was paying £15 per month for the service and had been for the last 2 years but in Feb £95 was taken, I assumed it was a glitch but no they have put the prices up by 8x the usual amount, I have had it confirmed to me by support.

Stay away from these abusers.

I had close to 100 monthly subscriptions recurring subscriptions with most of them being on autopayment with saved payment methods. Without warning, they removed all the payment profiles so that I couldn't process transactions through stripe anymore. And when I reached out, it took a WEEK to hear back from them. Their excuse was that they were bought out and were switching people to their own payment processing platform. That tells you how they treat their customers. They don't care and more-so, they are abusive to their customers in their policies.

I initially had a positive experience…

I initially had a positive experience with Invoiced.com and even built custom integrations with their platform. However, over time, getting support became increasingly difficult—issues could take months to resolve, which impacted our operations.

More recently, they were acquired by Flywire and forced all clients to switch to their payment processor. This transition was not optional, and it has only made things worse. Support has become even more unresponsive, and now I’m dealing with a company that handles my money, but with whom I have no relationship or trust.

What’s most frustrating is that after investing time and effort into building a deep integration with Invoiced, I now feel completely hostaged. Leaving the platform would mean redoing a significant amount of work, but staying means accepting a service I no longer believe in.

This situation is unacceptable, and I no longer feel confident using their service.

Long-Term Customer Disappointed by Sudden Cancellation and No Notice

We’ve used Invoiced.com across several businesses since 2014 and always found the platform reliable — intuitive invoicing, smooth Stripe integration, and useful automation. However, since the Flywire acquisition, support and pricing clarity have deteriorated sharply.

Despite agreeing to a revised pricing tier earlier this year, our main account was cancelled without warning, causing disruption to ongoing payment plans. We’ve requested reinstatement at the agreed rate and are still hopeful for a professional resolution.

The software itself is solid, but communication and billing practices need serious improvement. After years of loyalty, we expected better.

DONT SIGN UP UNLESS YOU KNOW FOR CERTAINTY!!

I was looking for billing software and looked at Invoiced.com. I had questions but the system wanted me to input all my business details including my FEIN/SS number so I stopped. I never signed up. They are sending me emails like I have signed up. Try to unsubscribe, and they will NOT allow you without signing up with your FEIN/SS. Try calling or emailing customer service? The will NOT allow you without signing up! You can't even get to you profile to stop emails. I'm reporting them!

Was with them took pay as go services…

Was with them took pay as go services March 2023 I have small buisness it was usually between £1.50 month to £2 month on Oct 2023 they cancelled my account when I messaged them they say dont do pay go anymore and they won't reicavate my account they said I would need make another account and pay £100 month there nothing they can do
