Desperately trying to get in touch with…

Desperately trying to get in touch with customer support as I have been locked out of my account now for 4 days, referring to case 31550. No one has yet replied to me and I cannot access any of my data. there is no way of contacting them other than the webform or email address.

Unhappy with Lack of TRANSPARENCY!

The invoicely features on their system worked good for me but then things got bad when I decided to cancel my invoicely account. Before I cancelled my account I tried to delete my saved card payments because I saw a button to "remove" card. For some reason the button to remove my cards wasn't working so I emailed invoicely customer support to ask them to remove my stored cards payment methods and I also asked them to show me credible proof that my stored cards are removed. Then they emailed me a screenshot photo showing a piece of text stating "no payment methods on file", but the screenshot didn't show me any credible proof that it's about my invoicely account. So I emailed them back requesting that they show me credible proof that the payment methods removed are truly from my invoicely account but they have not responded to my request for proof! The lack of TRANSPARENCY is frustrating!

Before I deleted my invoicely account, I downgraded to their "FREE PLAN SUBSCRIPTION" so I don't expect to be further billed.

After deleting my account I came across reviews on here with the same problem as mine. I wish I did more research review on invoicely before signing up with them. After I deleted my account, I saw a review on here about their lack of transparency and users not able to delete their payment methods and the users said their card was still charged even after cancelling their invoicely subscription. Why were users still being charged after cancelling their subscription????? How terribly unfair! I am very unhappy with their lack of transparency. Beware everyone! Beware!

They are scammers

They are scammers! Firstly they have mentioned something on website and they are not offering those services.

Secondly, I cancelled their subscription same day when I purchased but it was auto upgraded again and today they have deducted 12$ again from my debit card and surprisingly that their is no option to downgrade the subscription now and no option to delete payment method

BASTARDSSSS!

Terrible support

Have been using for a while and all good but recently have had my account suspended twice because of email bounces. Emailed them several times and got no response. finally they answered and it turns out because of one email address that one customer was no longer using I could not use the account for two 24hour periods.

Terrible support. No response for over a week

Very easy to use software. However, my account has been locked out since last week. Over 4 technical support tickets and not once have I been contacted in about a week. We have not been able to invoice in about a week. We don't know who owes us money since the platform stopped working. I no longer recommend this company based on their support.

Warning to Potential Invoicely Users: A Lack of Transparency and CommunicationI feel compelled to share my recent…

I feel compelled to share my recent experience with Invoicely to warn future customers. Despite the expectations set by their terms and conditions, I did not receive any reminder about my subscription renewal. This oversight resulted in an unexpected charge of $95 on January 1st.
In an attempt to address the issue promptly, I reached out, expecting a straightforward process or at least a dialogue to understand my options. However, I was met with disheartening silence. Their failure to provide the expected notification and to engage in resolving the matter reveals a significant lack of transparency and customer service. This situation has left me questioning the integrity of Invoicely's practices.

I am open to retracting my review if Invoicely can demonstrate that a reminder was indeed sent as per their own policies. However, until such transparency is provided and an effort is made to rectify this situation, I caution potential customers about engaging with a service that does not uphold its commitments or communicate effectively with its users.

Easy to use service. Poor support.

Easy to use service.
We switched from a free version to a Professional.
The biggest con is that it takes more than 2 days to get contacted by the support team.
This is a disaster if we talk about companies who need to issue invoices almost daily.
Can`t say the service is reliable.
Hope they will help us sort out the account problems ASAP.

We are locked out of our account again

We are locked out of our account again. We reported this yesterday morning and you would think you would have got back to us by today as you are an invoice programme so you would think locking your customers out would be a priority but obviously not. Not conjusive to keeping customers. Locked out due to a few customer email addresses incorrect. Get your system sorted out as that is ridiculous.

Can't recommend

Can't recommend. Even simple customizations aren't possible (such as changing the ugly red "Balance" field on invoices and adjusting it to match my company's branding).
The company refuses to let me make use of my EU right of withdrawal, even though it's an EU based company and legally has to stick to that.

A simple invoicing system - bait and switch type product.

A simple web based invoicing system, the free version had very few features and poor exporting capability, e.g. not exporting your client addresses. The paid version had extra features e.g. mileage and expenses, but looked expensive for the feature set. The web interface was nice and fast.
The free version turned out to be a bait and switch, and I was forced by the company to stop using the free version in the middle of the Covid pandemic.
