We’re really sorry to hear that your order hasn’t arrived, that’s definitely not the experience we want for you.
We haven’t received any prior contact from you about this, so we weren’t aware there was an issue. Like all ecommerce businesses, we do rely on courier tracking updates and assume delivery has been completed unless we’re told otherwise.
That said, we’re now looking into this as a priority. We’ll investigate what’s happened with the courier and update you as soon as possible. If your order can’t be located, we will of course arrange a replacement.

It finally tastes great again
It finally tastes great again. I stopped buying it when they changed the taste a while ago as I really didn't like the new taste but I am beyond delighted they have changed it so that it now tastes great again. And I love all the goodness in the drink too. Great product!

This is the easiest, tastiest, healthiest way I've come across to get decent water into my body. One of these in the morning keeps me going till well into the afternoon. The flavour is subtle and natural, it's not sugary or sacchariney or sickly like other flavoured waters. I love that the lime flavour comes through. My mum started drinking this when she was in hospital two years ago and it continues to be the best and easiest way I have of getting her to drink at least 500ml of water every day. A friend of mine with diabetes found it lowered her blood sugar levels, and the rest of the family all look for it in the fridge when they come to visit.

Keeping my gut under control
I have been using IO for about 5 months now. There are two reasons that I have found it really useful:
- The first is that I used it alongside Mounjaro and it has really helped to balance out aghainst the smaller amounts that I found my self eating. So between Mounjaro and IO In have lost about 6 Stone.
- The other recommendation was after a particularly bad bowel upset (probably the water when abroad). I found IO was great help to calm the stomach in a managed way and restore predicatbility in my movements.

Great for your gut health and tasty too
I’ve been a fan of ió drinks for a while now, and they’ve become a regular part of my routine. I love that they make it so easy to boost my daily fibre intake with no effort, no fuss, just a genuinely enjoyable drink that’s good for you too.

I tried the 12 day challenge while I was replacing the bathroom. My energy levels were good and my food craving swung to healthier meals and smaller portions.
I’m now looking into the science of gut health.
I highly recommend.

Surprisingly pleasant
Arrived well packaged and very quickly. Was worried the flavours would be OTT but the lime is very subtle (thank goodness) and the strawberry is muted. Got the lemon and lime first and a mixed box next and have whichever suits my mood in the morning best! Hasn't outwardly affected me (good!) but is an easy way to have an additional portion of fibre a day and encourages proper hydration. Low in calories so will probably have this longer term.

Was sceptical about this drink due to…
Was sceptical about this drink due to most thing not really working for me, within the first few bottles I noticed bloating had reduced and did not have a single urge to snack. After the 12 bottles, I had lost significant weight and it was mainly bloating. I’ve just ordered my second batch. Spot on product. Would love a new flavour range !!
