we have been using the ioptician software for a number of years. It is perfect for an independant practice. In recent months the introduction of online GOS has created many issues and The team at Ioptician teamed up with another company and created a seamless stress free way of quickly getting our online GOS claims to be managed. The software allows us to book appointments add cinical data dispensing stock take and till functions all at a price which is managable for a small practice.

I can honestly recommend this software to any Optician who wants to move forward and become paperless.

Fantastic software, I've worked at all the multiples and various independents and this is by far the most efficient and easiest to use. Using incorporated PCSE online GOS submission which works really well with no issues. Switched over to this following hundreds of paper rejections, would highly recommend.

I have been using IOptician for over a year now after deciding to go paperless. It is very user friendly and comes complete with easy to use training videos and helpful staff who understand what they are doing - all at a very reasonable price compared to its competitors.

Changing from paper records has always been something I've put off for years. Paper system works well (so i thought) and pms are usually expensive. But after finally making the big move i wish i did it years ago. iOptician staff made the process easy and the whole set up was extremely easy on the pocket. Happy days.

The most cost effective paperless practice programme. Running a chain of busy independant opticians in the midlands we needed something that staff and optical professionals can get hands on with straight away without disturbing the general running of the practice while the programme was installed by the ioptician software team.

Great experience with intallation all the way to training online with very useful videos on youtube which show a step to step approach that staff and others using the programme can watch outside the practice to learn the easy interface and usage of the programme.

We have now integrated two branches as paperless and are going forward to install the programme at four other sites with intention to keep ioptician our programme for the company as we grow.

So far we have encountered no problems with the general running of the system and automatic back ups and advise was installed by the ioptician team as we moved along.

We now look forward to having the SMS service and recall by text installed which is a very easy to use feature and the ioptician team have kept cost to a minimum for these extras in comparison to other paperless practice software providers.

Second to none for sure and no problems so far! Fits into our use and practice infrastructure.

We've just started using the iOptician software between our two practices and currently use as just a recall system. It works very well for us and has allowed us to tailor our letters to look far more professional than with our previous antiquated system. We look forward to exploring the clinical side of the software soon but are hugely impressed with the quality and service offered at a fantastic price!

I stumbled across ioptician software when researching for a paperless database for my practice. The YouTube videos explains how the software works, so I decided to call the developer. I was given a comprehensive review of the software. I was also given a free trial. The software is very easy to use from the patient recall system to the sight test module. I would highly recommend ioptician software and the greatest thing is it cost a fraction of the price compare to the competition.

We have been using the ioptician software for a little over a year now. Since we have used this software we have become paperless. This software has saved us a great deal of time and a lot of space as we do not need to keep paper records anymore.

I can honestly recommend this software to any Optician who wants to move forward and become paperless. It saves you a tonne of time and effort. The software is at a giveaway price as compared to its competitors.

I have beenusing this softwear for two years and it has not failed nor has it cost me much soI amvery happy to carry on using it. It is capanle of doing basically everything you really need for a small to medium opticians and even has the capacity to do more if taylored to your needs. The management are friendly and helpful. You can always try for free before you commit to anything,

We have been using this software for over 3 years now and it has been excellent, does everything we need it to do without any problems or glitches. Definitely recommended.

I have recently had this software installed in my own practice. Having used many different softwares being a locum, i found this the easiest to use. I was a little concerned as i was worried that my reception staff and optical assistants may struggle with the other parts of this but it was totally straight forward. Quick, easy to use and very reliable. Brilliant for optoms and non-optom use. Would definitely recommend it.
