EXPERIENCIA NEFASTA iPhone12

Compré un iPhone 12 en el 2021, en El Corte Inglés y en el 2024 empezó a no oírse bien el altavoz. Por el trabajo y por el mal servicio que da el Servicio Técnico autorizado de mi ciudad, retrasé la visita. A principios de 2025 dejó de funcionar el altavoz y me puse a indagar en la web, y descubrí que era un fallo reconocido por Apple para los iPhone 12 y 12 Pro pero solo cubría la reparación durante un periodo de tres años a partir de la fecha de venta original de la unidad.
La semana pasada llamé el servicio técnico para que me explicara por qué no cubrian la reparación del altavoz en los dispositivos que hayan sobrepasado los 3 años desde la fecha de la compra, pero se lavaron las manos aconsejándome que fuera donde lo compré. Además la persona que me atendió abrió un caso y me dijo que si no recibía una respuesta por mail en 24h, el caso habría sido denegado.
Como no recibí ninguna respuesta pienso consultarlo con un abogado y con un perito judicial para que me ayuden a demandar a Apple.
Por favor, si hay más gente en esta situación, unámonos para luchar contra este supuesto abuso.

Display defekt Februar 2025, ohne Fremdeinwirkung, kein Sturz, keine Kälte immer im Schutz case

Garantie nach 1 Jahr abgelaufen, keine Kulanz, aber mehr als 300 Franken für ein neues Display.

Verkäufer und Chef im Apple Store Zürich mit wenig technischem Hintergrundwissen und Null Kulanz. Kollegin hatte ein ähnliches Problem mit ihrem knapp 1.5 Jahre alten iPhone, dh. Garantiezeit grade abgelaufen und ist vor Gericht gegangen. Resultat: Prozess verloren, von iPhone ebenfalls mega enttäuscht.

Fazit: 3 potenzielle, ehemals begeistete Apple Kunden verloren und entsprechender Erfahrungsaustausch bei Freunden, Kollegen und jeden, den es interessiert.

Danke Apple für GAR NICHTS!!!

READ THIS!!! Before buying an Apple phone

Keep in mind that what I’m about to say comes from someone who has used and supported Apple all his life. Apple is the most 千ㄩ匚Ҝ ing useless piece of shit phone I’ve ever encountered, deliberately making their devices worse for their own profit. Apple is known for having the knowledge and materials to create revolutionary devices that are greatly beneficial to society, but instead, it PURPOSELY makes the models worse to gain profit and persuade buyers to invest more money into making their phones slightly better. I’ve been an Apple supporter for years and used to defend it vigorously against other models, but I have recently come to my senses and realized that being a ‘pretty’ phone does not make it a good one.
First, let’s talk about the battery. The battery performance on Apple devices is a prime example of how they prioritize profit over creating something that actually benefits society. Over the two years I’ve owned my new iPhone, its battery capacity has decreased from 100% to 77%. Keep in mind that I have never done anything harmful to damage this phone, such as making contact with water or dropping it seriously. The issues with the battery were compounded by a failure to charge it, as the phone now only receives energy at certain angles, leaving me to wake up some mornings with a completely dead phone. Many people are likely to think, “that’s just how phones work; the battery is known to malfunction over time,” and to those who believe this, I am truly sorry. When compared to other phone models such as Samsung or even Android, Apple has significantly worse battery life, causing the battery to fail in just three years, while others can last almost a decade. This, once again, links back to their marketing scheme of intentionally making their phones die quicker over time to persuade buyers to purchase new ones.

Next, we have its inefficiency. Apple has added many significant features that cause far too much work for little benefit, proving to be quite harmful, especially in times of need. I, for one, experienced this just the other day when the power went out right as I needed to send a very important message to my work. My phone was low on battery, causing it to die almost immediately as I ran around trying to find any spot where its limited mobile data was available. Since I had no other choice, I borrowed my sister's Apple iPhone and tried to log in through Snapchat to send the important message. As soon as I entered my account details, it sent a ‘security’ code to my Gmail, preventing me from logging in. I then had to log in through Gmail to access the code, once again entering my account details before getting hit with yet another ‘security’ code, which was sent directly to my dead iPhone, leaving me with no alternative option to log in. I was then completely unable to send the message, putting me in an annoying situation where I could only sit and blame my phone, once again.
Finally, we have the passwords. Recently, I’ve had much trouble with my passwords being declined and completely refused. This never used to happen as much, but recently it has affected my iPhone in a horrible way. First off, the Face ID feature has completely stopped working and does not allow me to reset it whenever I try to fix it. This was never that much of a problem, as I could just use my regular passwords to access everything else. That was until I used the App Store, where I realized just how much of a problem it was. Usually, I used Face ID whenever downloading apps, so now I had a bit more trouble, but once again, I could still use my password. I then entered my password correctly multiple times, only for it to be rejected over and over again. To ensure I had the right password, I decided to reset my password, where I was presented with the first step: entering my phone lock screen password. Once again, I entered the exact four-digit lock screen password, only for it to be rejected over and over again, with no way to fix it. I am now completely unable to download apps onto my phone, making it an even more useless piece of shit.

Overall, with all these many flaws and even more that I still haven’t named, it’s quite clear that Apple really is a shit phone company and does not deserve any of the love it has ever gotten. It has the potential to be one of the greatest inventions in the world, but instead, it wastes it on features that intentionally make their phones worse over time, giving their greedy company more money.

If anyone ever considers buying an Apple product because it looks ‘cool,’ then I really hope you see this before it causes more harm than benefit.

I’ve had Apple phone for 5 years now

I’ve had Apple phones for 5 years now. They always were my allies to every day activities. Could rely on them for all operations, trainings, finances.
Recently Apple made an update which ruined my phone. Literally f..cked it! I had to install the passwords app, as I was instructed. My phone‘s become my worst enemy. No password is working, can’t set or save new, can’t access my work timesheets, my gov.uk sites , Amex, my pay and payslips: all shamelessly blocked! I’m hating this!!! My life is a mess of passwords and time wasted to solve this.
Went to Apple shop in White City 😂 2 hours waiting to get a quick irrelevant useless support. Just told to download passwords app and try to recover all past passwords 😡 or call the support line!!! Why call the support line if i was there already???? Is that giving you attention??? Is that helping you solve a serious problem??? I’m determined to start legal action if Apple doesn’t get me this solved.
And I’m not the only one living this hell: my daughter’s, my granddaughter’s, my work colleague’s in the same feverish situation!
I’m sure it’s my last iPhone. There are other brands to choose. Even good Chinese brands. Why should I be loyal to Apple if they couldn’t care less about me?
Shame on Apple!

Stay away they defrauded my card for…

Stay away they defrauded my card for money claiming i had made in-app purchases, i dont even own an apple device and signed up for a free trial of apple tv+ i was given for shopping at currys supermarket.
Their answer was that transactions were made in 2013 which is total waffle there is nothing they can do and i should go to my financial instituition. Stay away from this scam company

Adquirí el iphone 16 pro max

Adquirí el iphone 16 pro max, fue la primera vez con apple y a su vez fue una experiencia terrible y desagradable. El equipo vino con una falla en una de las bocinas, lo noté desde el primer día y apple en primer lugar dilata el proceso de servicio técnico y al final me dicen que es por mal uso y que no cubrirá con la garantía. Después de utilizar el iphone pocos días tengo que pagar por otro más para solucionar el problema. Poco profesionalismo de apple y por esa razón será mi primera y última compra de un producto apple.

Forced upgrade to iOS18

Automatic updates were always switched off on my 10 months old SE. Phone updated itself. During forced upgrade to iOS18, my 50 years old family photos and few short videos were deleted. All photos were deleted. Within week there was another upgrade to iOS 18.0.1 because of multiple bugs and litany of other issues. I requested phone call from customer service, but it was not possible to restore photos or videos. Nothing in the cloud, hidden albums etc. Pure evil upgrade.
1. This is my first and last iphone. Turning off automatic updates means nothing. Apple controls every iphone-any location-anytime. Don't take my word for it, try it.
2. Battery lasted 1 day with couple short calls or sms. I uninstalled heaps of useless apps and turned off lot of default settings about advertising etc.
3. After forced upgrade apple reversed all settings ON.
4. I regret buying iphone. Never again.
5. I do not recommend iphone to anyone.
6. Apple Team, please continue...

Dreadful support and terribly…

Dreadful support and terribly unreliable technology. My daughters iphone has stopped working again saying it needs to be plugged into a computer running iTunes.
Seriously!!! Are we in the 1990's?
4 hours of restores, upgrades using this 1990's iTunes product and now having to book, yes book an appointment at an iphone store.
Give me a samsung ir google phone all day long. Apple is Awful.

This phone is the worse I have ever used I’m tired of not being able to click on things I want or how it writes something completely different then what u say after writing it correctly it changes it to a random word also this phone doesn’t adjust to websites it’s like you missing part of the page. This phone is trash an overpriced and very limited. Do not buy a iPhone.

If I could sell my iPhone13max, I will right away. They’ve been taking money from me for one year or more for Apple Fitness that I didn’t buy, when I told them, they erase all the transactions but they just put back the last month 12.99. Plus another app by the name of BoldVoice for $229.00 for the all year, I didn’t even know what the hell is that. I am losing so much money with that freaking buying stuff over the internet. I will never buy apple again. I am fed up. I want to sell my phone and sell my watch. F..k them. Merde!

Market discrimination in Serbia

Apple has been selling its products in Serbia for a while now and after I don't know how many years they still do not have Serbian Language available for its user interface, not to mention even if I decide to send feedback via official channels I can not select Serbia from the list of countries.
This is in my eyes discriminatory practice.
