They stole money from me
I purchased a dedicated server from them on January 10th. The server I got access to didn't match the description of the product I purchased, so I requested a refund the same day since they couldn't provide me access to the correct dedicated server. I was told I'd received a refund on January 13th, but that didn't happen. I finally received a refund on January 16th, but it was less than what I paid. I'm still waiting to receive the rest of my refund.
Update: IPHOST.MD's response to this is their admission and justification for stealing the remainder of my refund from me because they chose to wait 6 days before refunding me. What a scam. No one should buy anything from this company since they are comfortable blatantly stealing from their customers. After a full week of dealing with their incompetent customer service, their website still lists their Mac Studio M1 Ultra dedicated server as having 64 GPU cores, which they only own the version with 48 GPU cores. The 10% discount they are offering me in return for their theft will go unused as I will never do business with them again.
IPHOST.MD's decision to pass off the losses they incurred as a result of their incorrect product listing onto their customer is an atrocious business practice. Absolutely no accountability by IPHOST.MD for the choices they solely made that resulted in these losses.
They chose to list a product they don't own.
They chose to exchange the currency I paid in to USD.
They chose to wait 6 days before refunding me.
And somehow I'm the one held responsible for their decisions that are completely out of my control.
As a side note, if any of you are looking to rent a Mac Studio M1 Ultra dedicated server with 64 GPU cores, Amazon AWS is what I ended up using.

Thank you for your feedback. We want to clarify the situation regarding your recent purchase.
You purchased the Mac Studio Ultra M1 product from our website, which was listed with 60 cores. The model you received has 40 cores, as this is the configuration available. While there may exist Mac Studio models with 60 cores, this discrepancy was due to an error in our website’s listing.
Our Terms of Service state that cryptocurrency payments are non-refundable due to their volatile nature. However, because this discrepancy was identified, we decided to make an exception and processed a refund of $362—the exact amount we received in USD.
When we issued the refund, Bitcoin’s value had increased compared to the time of your payment. Since IPHOST processes cryptocurrency payments through a platform that converts BTC into USD, the refund amount was based on the original USD value received. We cannot refund more than the amount paid, as our reference currency is USD/EUR.
We understand your dissatisfaction and are committed to showing goodwill. As such, we are happy to offer you a 10% discount on your next order.
