Utterly atrocious service, never sent in time, asked to cancel the service months ago and they kept ordering my prescription anyway and didn’t send drugs. and local pharmacy couldn’t distribute and it was “distributed” somewhere else. Wouldn’t answer phone on multiple occasions, or emails. Have withdrawal symptoms as current prescription ran out. GP had to re prescribe and still not heard from them

Absolutely useless! Not once have they followed instructions sent via email, or replied to an email. They only requested my prescriptions 3 days before I was due to run out, and that was only because I rang them, so I guess I’ll be going without for a few days 😡 Avoid at all costs if your life depends on your medication!

They are the worst!!!!

I told them multiple times on email they I dont want to use them anymore and also via whatsapp and social media and they still nominating themselves as my pharmacy!!! I DONT WANT TO USE THEM I use simple online pharmacy so much better!!! They are stupid.
No communication whatsover!

They NEVER respond to emails. They NEVER inform you when they cannot get the meds in your prescription and hence your meds will be late. They NEVER inform you when they have dispatched meds. They ALWAYS leave it to the 11th hour to send meds. Every month we are left biting our nails waiting to see if the meds will arrive before the current ones run out. I have repeatedly asked for them to send a week earlier but they just ignore me. Every month there are pouches with crushed pills or missing/extra pills which is extremely worrying. Does nobody check them?! The last straw was not receiving urgent meds and being without them for 3 days. All very frustrating!!!

Do not answer emails, 2 months sent with medication missing and no explanation.

Abysmal service avoid at all costs. Stay local.

Poor customer service

Always missing my orders and leaving me without medication to suffer serious withdrawals. Absolutely disgusting.

Tried ringing them on both numbers, emailed them, messaged them on social media, nothing , you cant reach them, i only have half my tablets for the month and only 1 set. Its ridiculous 😒 I am going back to pilltime as they are much more reliable and you can talk to them.

I have tried three other online pharmacies - Rowlands, Pilltime and Pharmacy2U. None of them were satisfactory. Si I decided to try a small, private business offering the same services, namely medication in Pouches.
I registered with iPill (Spatetree Pharmacy) and did the right thing. The service has been excellent - reliable, friendly, efficient and very helpful. It has been so easy to contact them by email and telephone and they always answer my questions professionally and quickly. I certainly made the right choice ; smaller is better !
