Have been using this bunch for several years now and always receive excellent service

We'd previously done several USB jobs with iPromo, and all were 5 stars. This most recent job was a custom shape made from a live sample I provided - a shark. Manufacturing took much longer, luckily we had planned well in advance. At first look, they appeared great. With normal use, some of the fins broke off, and read/write speeds seemed much slower than the USBs we'd gotten from iPromo on previous jobs. Upon returning from our event, we contacted iPromo with our concerns. They analyzed the materials and the mold of our custom shape USB, and tested the read/write speeds. They did concede that the live sample I provided was made of a more durable material, but claimed that the read/write speeds were within their acceptable limits, even though it was much slower than previous drives we'd purchased from them. While a small credit was given to be applied to a future order, I am not completely satisfied with how this was handled.

Kim Reed, who inherited our account and this order, conducted herself as a true professional at all times, and was a staunch advocate for us, her customer. After a bit of continued discussion about our concerns with this order, the resolution presented to us far exceeded our expectations. None of us get it right 100% of the time, but how the resolution is handled separates the professionals from the amateurs. iPromo is definitely a team of pros that will take care of your promotional products needs.

After working with iPromo for the last couple of years, I would like to say I have never been disappointed. Great product, excellent customer service, competitive pricing, fast deliveries. Couldn't ask for more.

We have had issues in the past with iPromo, but since they were always able to fix them, we kept using them. Our latest order will be the last time. IPromo condensed our zip file to fit onto our USB, because they said our data was too large. They used a zip file program that no one at our conference had on their laptops, so our IT guy had to unzip them all manually (200 units). Once he unzipped them, they fit fine onto the drive even though iPromo told us the data was too large. What a waste of time and stress - we will not be using iPromo again.

The product (custom USB's) were ordered and delivered with zero angst. Alex was very communicative - confirmed our order, helped us finalize and make sure the artwork was going to work and look the way we wanted, and the final product was delivered in great time - quick and efficient. Would recommend iPromo to anyone.

This is my 3rd or 4th time ordering through IPromo, and same result eveytime. I will continue ordering through them because of their quick ressonse and ease of ordering.

I contacted my customer service representative with my personalized request and was very happy with the timeliness of my order being processed and delivered. I am very pleased with the end product as well.

Product shipped on time, was easy to install and use, and the image and sound quality were outstanding - definitely surpassed what we expected for the price.

I ordered dozens of flash drives with my company name and phone number printed on them. I loaded on them my latest software update and mailed one to each client, and received many responses and a great deal of respect. IPromo would have pre-loaded my software on them for me, but I preferred to do that myself. I couldn't be happier, so doubled my first order, and did it again.

Love to human contact and fast service.

Michael Engle was our salesperson. He was wonderful! He responded to inquiries in a timely manner, was incredibly helpful and when we had a problem with our order, he immediately addressed it. I look forward to working with him on future orders. Richard Soti handled our order problem and he too, was wonderful. He addressed our concerns and followed up on the resolution. Bilal was terrific to follow up and keep me posted on the shipment of our order. Terrific service and great company to work with!

We always order our USB bracelets for marketing from iPromo. Never have had a problem and always deliver when they say they will.
Customer service is excellent.
