J’ai payé 0,50 € pour un simple test d’anglais, puis plusieurs mois après, j’ai été prélevé de 50 €. Le service client affirme que j’aurais pris un abonnement, ce qui est faux. Les informations sont présentées de manière trompeuse et peu claire.
Ils refusent de me rembourser et ont simplement arrêté l’abonnement après coup.
Sans remboursement, je lancerai des démarches avec mon avocat familial!!!

After contacting them, they have issued a credit of only 99.40 euros only and are refusing to pay any more.
Absolutely disgusted.
Consented to pay £0.45gbp in Feb and since then I have been charged at total of £133.89gbp,on a monthly basis for a subscription, totally without my permission.
I will expect the full refund of £133.89 back into my account as an act of goodwill, considering I was not made aware that this would be charged.

seems a common issue that you pay 50p and somehow you secretly have signed up to a subscription ..I know i checked at the time and i could not see that i had signed up to anything so thought i was good ...just got charged a monthly sub like so many others . No email confirmation welcome , nothing so claerly a scam so will report to the fraud office and will raise with my provider , no help info on the website to make a complaint or faqs ...so here i am to warn others ...unless I get my money refunded ASAP

Cuando pagas por un test 0,50€ en ningún sitio te advierten que en unos días te sucribirás automáticamente con un pago de 49,70€. Fuí previsor, ya que no me fiaba, y usé una tarjeta de prepago, a la que le puse el mínimo de saldo que me dejaba mi banco. Me han intentado hacer un cargo de 49,70€ 2 veces.
