We sincerely apologize for the delay in the delivery of your order.
Typically, we process and ship orders within 1-2 days, and delivery usually takes 3-5 business days, depending on the shipping service selected. However, delays sometimes occur due to unforeseen issues with the shipping service, which are beyond our control.
We understand how frustrating this delay must be, and we assure you that this is not the level of service we strive to provide. To resolve this matter promptly, please give us a call or email us at. We will investigate the reason for the delay and provide you with an update as soon as possible.
