I ordered a power bank of them It was supposed to to have built in cables and a flashlight function I wasn’t bothered about flashlight but wanted the built in cables Their description totally false If I had read reviews before I ordered I would never have ordered of them

I ordered an android box on Friday and recieved it on Tuesday. Great service and product works perfectly.

Bought an android box from this company after setting it up YouTube will not work on it nor will netflix due to the android version playstore and Google are impossible to navigate must be an outdated box they are selling after emailing them several times for a replacement still have not had a reply

I see a lot of bad reviews. I actually wouldn't have ordered from this company if I had checked the reviews here first. However my experience has been very positive. I ordered, received my order a few days later and it's working perfectly.

The lack of communication with customers is annoying..I placed an order with them and 30mins later cancelled it.no reply from them nor a cancellation acknowledgement..2 days later an email stating my order was shipped. I replied to that email explaining that I had cancelled my order..no response. 6 days later order arrived.did they deliberately ignore my cancellation. I don't know but I won't be ordering from this company again..strange business practice.

This company is a scam ,they take your money and send you rubbish, their email address is not registered the telephone number goes straight to voicemail and they never get back to you, I've lost my money now with them as I can't get a reply from, so anyone PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY SCAMMERS

Ordered a handheld game console for my son for Christmas. Firstly it didn’t arrive on time despite me specifying that I needed it for a Christmas present. Then it arrived and isn’t as it’s sold. Says it includes 400 vintage games but just repetition of the same games over and over and none you’d recognise even though it shows super Mario on the website. Console then stopped working after first charge. Iv been trying to contact them for days and getting no response.

I bought a case for an SSD - SATAIII - the case was described as USB-C case - but what they delivered came with a USB-B-Micro connector. The company does not respond to emails and they are ignoring me. It was only a 10 euro thingy - but given the inaccuracy in their catalog and the poor communication I would steer clear of this crowd in the future.

Ordered a product in a particular colour. Got a confirmation email saying there was 100 available. Yet they sent a black colour. I phoned their number on several occasions and left a voice message requesting a call back. I emailed and after I mentioned that I would like to hear from them before I review. They answered what I wanted wasn’t in stock. I wanted to return the item… they never contacted me back. Wish I’d read the reviews before purchasing. I would not recommend or would I ever buy from this company again.

Do not buy from this crowd, they send out faulty products, then they don't answer calls or respond to emails, a disgrace!

I bought 2 power banks and 1 does not work. It can not switch on, i have contacted them through email but they did not reply, i tried calling the number on the receipt and it goes straight to voice mail. I want them to tell what to do with this dead power bank. These guys should learn customer service. They sell to people and they should learn how to communicate and care about us. I am very disappointed this shop must be closed.

They are gangsters, they sold me a android box, Netflix it was not compatible with the android version, so that means they sell very old versions, as a new .Imagine buy a new android box ,and Netflix never can yet a new updated!!
