Excellent service from collection to delivery.

Booked and paid for the collection of a parcel from the UK.(80x80x40)
The next morning I had to ring their office to get the labels sent.
At the end of that day when the parcel should have been picked up, i get an email saying their system shouldn’t have allowed me to book the parcel as it was too big for the courier to collect. Instead of trying to get an alternative courier to Honour their contract they simply cancelled it, leaving me without a courier I’d already paid for. Be aware, under their terms and conditions they can cancel a contract at any time. They are not a courier company, they are a booking agent and an absolute joke of a company. They have no idea what customer service is. When I complained to their representative he told me their system had taken bookings it shouldn’t have several times that weekend. As if that made it alright. Do yourself a favor, if you value your parcel go directly to the courier companies.

Typical of your brand of customer service to blame the customer. This review was posted yesterday. It takes several days for Trustpilot to verify a review, but they will verify it as I have all your correspondence.
A parcel is defined as a wrapped object sent by post/courier. Your system had no problems booking, taking payment from me and sending labels (eventually) for it. A parcel that TNT (one of your trusted couriers) had no problem delivering to me today. You might also want to read your own website where it says “there are no set size or weight limits”

As i said previously, I would use their service again.

I've chosen Irish Parcels among others since I've needed to have laptop delivered to buyer in UK but I wasn't certain if qualifies as restricted item.
Chat within their website on Sunday was available and my doubts got cleared, collection booked for next day. Item arrived within 4 days, delivered to buyers door in time when COVID19 wrecks almost every business. Will deal again.

I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Irish Parcels to anyone, that needs a first class service.Their customer service and attention to detail are second to none. From the initial easy to navigate booking for a quote,pick up and delivery - confirmation emails on intended pick up time, which has always been extremely accurate, following up with a fantastic tracking service and delivery always on time. The cost is really good value and affordable. Top class Company..

Purchased a parcel delivery through this site and now they won't stand over it being lost as it was GLS couriers.

Very good. Best prices. Great customer service. They provide labels so no need to print. The couriers tend to be better when using this service rather than the courier's own websites.

I chose Irish Parcels to transport a shipment from Ireland to Scandinavia.
The price was fine and the delivery took only 3½ days. And I could follow the package all the way on the tracking system. Very impressive and reliable. I can certainly recommend Irish Parcels.

Only reason why I didn't give 5 stars is because I haven't heard back about my refund yet.

Had a huge 36lg 100x75x36cm parcel to send to our Son and his wife in Finland, containing amongst other baby things a pram, clothing etc. It was collected and four days later they had it delivered to the door.
Would definitely recommend although a little costlier than I imagined, worked out way cheaper than other competitors.
