Niamh - The itinerary that you put together for both Irelands Republic and Northern was excellent, confirming your intimate knowledge of the country. I requested accommodation to have carparking facilities, and your selections were perfect, saving me searching out parking stations and lugging suitcases around.
Your allocation of one to three nights at the various towns and cities worked very well enabling relevant points of interests to be properly explored without feeling any time constraints. I drove in total around 4000km/miles but was not at any stage pressed or rushed, so again the itinerary you organised worked very well.
The information “booklet” provided excellent insight into the cities/towns visited, points of interest and popular restaurants/pubs – again confirming Irish Tourism Group know their stuff.

Niamh, I could not fault the road trip you put together, and have no hesitation recommending your Group to prospective tourists.

First and foremost, I'd like to thank Niamh Butler, specifically, for helping to make this such a memorable experience. She was invaluable in getting everything ready and putting it all together in an extremely short amount of time. The coaches she arranged to pick me up at the airport, and to take me from one city to another, were so nice and told so many great stories, as well.
I can't say I have any feedback to give as far as how to improve on what they already do, because everything was perfect. I appreciated how Niamh provided me with a guide before my trip began as to all the things each city I visited had to offer, that way I wouldn't get stuck not knowing what to do. She arranged everything for me as far as train and bus tickets and such, and was available every day in case I had a question. She truly was incredible.
I certainly plan to reach out to them in the future when I visit Ireland again.
To say the least, she - and everyone else involved - made it a truly unforgettable experience.

It took all of the guest work out of trying to plan a trip to a country which we knew little about. The hotels and B&B’s were all very nice and in convenient places to the sites we wanted to see. Each place we stayed had a full breakfast in the morning which was a great start to the day without having to find somewhere to eat. The total package was fair and reasonably priced.

We had a fantastic week in Ireland! Nuala listened to our requests and delivered the perfect package. I typically plan our hotel and tour details but decided to take the easy route. I was not disappointed. Great hotel selections, well coordinated transfers, and top notch tour guides. Highlight was a private driver from Kilarney to Galway. Perfectly timed stops of local interest along the way and a local driver who delivered a rich history along the way.

Niamh made our honeymoon to Ireland for a week smooth and easy. It was me and my husbands first time going and figured it would be best to have professionals plan and book everything for us. She booked us 3 beautiful hotels that were fancy and made sure to include breakfast during our stays. She also booked our train rides and the hotels were within short walking distance to the train stations as well as any touring company we were booked with. This made things very easy for us to navigate. We saw Dublin, Killarney and the ring of Kerry, Inishmore, the Burren and the Cliffs of Moher. We couldn’t have done it without her!

Really enjoyed working with Linda and the other staff who helped us. Very kind, nonjudgemental, altered our itinerary to our liking in a timely manner. Had many useful suggestions as this was our first trip to Ireland. We were babes in the woods, and with the help of Irish Tourism we had a wonderful vacation. They really know the country and every place we visisted was enjoyable. Stunning geography on the Dingle Peninsula.

Booking our tour with Irish Tourism was a great decision. We chose the 7 day Pub and Folk Tour and had a great time. The information packet that was provided was very helpful with several suggestions for each days travel. Having a car allowed us the independence to take whatever route we wanted each day, just making sure we ended up where our next hotel was booked. The stays that were booked were excellent. The class of car that was booked was not available when we arrived but Hertz simply upgraded us to the next level at no additional charge. Everything that the folks at Irish Tourism arranged was handled beautifully. Can't wait to take another drive around Ireland with them.

We are both over age 65 and had never visited Ireland. Irish Tourism and all their staff (we used Linda Larkin) were invaluable in planning our car tour of Western Ireland. The hotel bookings were flawless, all the vouchers were honored to the penny. Their assistance and suggestions on renting a car were spot on. We did not use the 24hr a day help number, but it reassured us to know it was available. Irish Tourism greatly reduced our anxiety about visiting another country. Ireland and all the Irish people were wonderful.

Absolutely amazing support from the Irish Tourism team! We worked with an incredible planner, Niamh Butler, who was so helpful, very creative and a joy to work with on our trip! The Irish Tourism team provided a detailed itinerary, obtained amazing hotels and suggested options that we would never have found on our own! Each stay was effortless and we were treated as VIPs!

We used Irish Tourism before which proved very beneficial. Therefore, planning another trip after 15 years, Irish Tourism was our first thought. Since we have been there before we explained to Naula that we wanted some of the same and some new places. Though the course of the planning we realized we needed to change some dates. Not a problem for Irish Tourism. They were able to accommodate our needs.

I had been planning a tour I designed, picking 5 towns in Ireland and staying several nights in each. Most tour companies make you fit their offerings, like a cookie-cutter tour. I took a Viking Cruise to the British Isles, and we only had one day in each port. I wanted to go back to Ireland and do it my way. When I was almost giving up on tour companies, Nuala Sheedy reached out and explained how she could design the tour the way I wanted. She is so nice and helpful. From our emails, I could tell she was open to anything I wanted and gave great suggestions. I don't think we could have had the great trip we had without her guidance. She followed up quickly on all of our emails. We had phone calls. This process took approximately 14 months of planning. She picked great hotels and excursions for my friend Sue and I. We had a wonderful, very accommodating driver. We got to meet Nuala in New Castle, which was an added treat. I feel we are friends now. I plan to return to Ireland in a couple of years to see parts I haven't seen yet. Going to do some research on my paternal grandmother, who came from County Tyrone. I hope Nuala will be available when I plan a return. You should book your trip with Nuala. It will be wonderful. Her expertise in traveling in Ireland will save you a lot of time.

This was our fourth trip to Ireland since 2022. We wanted a more personal and interactive experience with this trip. We found Irish Tourism on Facebook and contacted the company. Nuala Sheedy became our point of contact. We were actually able to speak with her by phone several times in the booking process and while we were in Ireland.
She booked our rail tickets, hotels, drivers and excursions. Not traveling with a group we had more freedom in our exploring and wandering. Except for Cork, we were within walking distance of the hotels and railway stations. We followed Nuala’s suggestion and had her book a private car ride from Killarney to Galway which was a treat! Dennis picked us up at our hotel at 09:30 for a three hour ride. He dropped us off at our Galway hotel at 17:30! We had already visited the sites of his usual drive so he showed us more of rural Ireland. We stopped in Adare, a pub lunch in Doolin, Limerick, Lisdoonvarna(where for 140 years they celebrate a matchmaking festival in September), views of the Burren, just to name a few of the sites we visited.
Nuala became a friend making suggestions of places of interest to visit. We spent 3 hours at the Muckross Abbey Ruins on our own. She booked our ferry to Inishmore, one of the three Aryan islands, which turned out to be a most remarkable and lovely island.
Having pre booked train tickets was most appreciated as we had reserved seats. We enjoyed riding the trains, connecting with local travelers and sharing stories. If you want a relaxing, comfortable, more personal vacation give Nuala at Irish Tourism a phone call.

We are just back from our trip to Ireland. We were so pleased and grateful for the invaluable professional assistance in planning our trip that we received from Nuala at Irish Tourism. We had brainstormed a rough itinerary in advance, which Nuala reviewed and advised us on. She took into account various “not to miss” sites that we had not even known to include or request, and also logistics like realistic driving times. Her advice was extremely helpful. She suggested stops or activities for us to consider, and we were pleased with all her suggestions. She listened to our needs, secured our rental cars, and lined up great accommodations within our price range at each stop. Each accommodation (both B&Bs and hotels) was fantastic! She quickly and cheerfully answered all of our questions when we were uncertain about various issues, and she made accommodations when we asked for a few changes because of our schedule. I highly recommend Nuala and Irish Tourism if you are planning a trip.

I booked this tour from Australia and was surprised at the prompt and helpful advice that I received. We were given a number of options for the trip and were able to develop a 10 day tour which fitted our needs.

We were then supplied with a 45 page tour guide which was extremely helpful and a great resource. The accomodation bookings were excellent and the car hire went smoothly.

Ireland is a beautiful place to visit and we were able to get the best out of the trip from the information supplied.

i went to Ireland in 2022 to work in Monaghan , one day i and my friends went for a exercise walk , we have been to a village that had great nice views as you know Monaghan is a plateau mostly roads on the hills or mountains side or right on the mountain,so ,we lost our way. and we went toward a villager near by the road we were to ask where the Monaghan town is ,you know what happened, the man whose age about over 50 came out of his room and answer my question that "Don't worry I will help you "and he drove his car brought us to he Monaghan town to buy somethings to eat and the cooker and sent us to the place where we stayed with charging a cent from us.
He told us that "you don't worry if you are here already , here is very safe and peaceful,unless, you commit the crime. Since then , my mind stuck with Ireland and i want to go back to share what i have even little with the rish .yes, i love Ireland every one speak english ,so it is so easy to stay , travel , doing business or live.
