I have been an Iron and Velvet customer for a while! I have been trying other zero waste cleaning products that can be bought direct in stores and honestly they don’t compare. I just keep coming back to I&V. Going to start a subscription for their kitchen antibacterial sachets along with the oven cleaner and glass cleaner!
I did find the limescale remover wasn’t strong enough to deal with the hard water marks I have but everything else I’ve purchased like the toilet bombs and washing up liquid have been amazing. The purchase on their website is easy and free delivery over £10 is a win-win.

Really happy with all the products that Iron and Velvet do. So great that you can buy everything you need from them - so many companies only seem to do a few items and you end up using numerous websites. Really quick delivery. A great company.

I’m only giving 4 out of 5 stars due to the actual price of the products themselves. I purchased 5 spray bottles and 5 different cleaning sprays that I chose myself. I also purchased the Sweet Orange Washing Up Liquid. I was expecting the washing up liquid to rapidly thicken to something like fairy but it didn’t. It has more of a watered gel cleaning spray element to it. It smells lovely and it works. I’ve put mine in a spray bottle I already had and it’s thin enough to come through it. I wouldn’t buy this product again. I don’t think it’s was worth the £3.50 price tag. The price of the bottles was great although they are hard to hold and spray so I wouldn’t buy these again but the bottles are very cute. I love the labels and I think they are so pretty but for me it’s the price of the cleaning spray products themselves. Paying more than £1.50 for a refill seems excessive to me, especially when I can go to Tesco, on the day and pay 75p for their refills that fill up 750ml bottles. I just can’t justify paying the £2.30 everytime I need a refill of strawberry & lily. Although I like the overall scent of the products I just wasn’t over enamoured by them at all. There’s nothing here justifying the price at all. Even Smols products are cheaper than these, it’s about £7 for 6 refills. I’d be happy to pay no more than £1.50 for the refills because that’s all I think they are worth.

Have only just discovered Iron & Velvet but am very impressed so far. Love the fact that I can clean our home without using harmful products or destroying the environment.

Speedy delivery and effective products. Would love the instructions label to be put on the inner box, not the outer sleeve, which I generally recycle straight away. But that's the only niggle.

Products all have a lovely scent and work very effectively. Ordering is easy and delivery is always quick.

I really like the products, including the simple packaging and clever environmental ethos behind the design. Even better they are made in the UK so no air miles either.
I purchased the sandalwood floor cleaner in Bewdley and liked it so much that I tracked down the company to see what other products they had. I wonder if some advertising would help to launch the company to more people. Thank you
