I placed an order on November 28th its January 23) and it still hasn't arrived. I have requested a refund multiple times and they say they cant give me one because its in transit to the US, however, they cannot provide any tracking to prove it. They have been giving me the same line since December 5. This company is a scam, do not trust it. Order from Rogue Fitness, Pood or someone more trusted.

I purchased a half-rack and assorted accessories. Shipping time was very very slow and included tracking a package that seemed to traverse Canada only to disappear. Equipment received is generally good except that I have a spotter arm that has misaligned holes. Getting customer support has been quite difficult to impossible. My impression is that they have implemented an AI system for customer support that allows them to send you meaningless 'updates' that don't actually solve your problem, i.e. "I’ve shared your request with the appropriate department, and they're currently reviewing the details." So, back at the beginning of October, I was told they were shipping me a narrower 'insert' to solve the problem. This item has never shipped, and it has been more than two months since I first tried to get help/support.

So, if I had known that customer support was so bad, I would have just gone ahead and ordered from Rogue or Rep. Trying to save a few bucks isn't worth this level of hassle.

I purchased this for a Christmas gift on November 17th and received the normal notification that I can track shipping on the Shop site.

On December 4th, I had not received any notification so I attempted to follow the link to track the shipment and the item could not be found to track, so I emailed support questioning when it would ship and if I could get tracking details. They informed me the item is at their Canadian facility just waiting to be shipped.

Now it is December 14th and I STILL have not received the item or shipping information. I have emailed support AGAIN, but this is definitely feeling like they ripped me off for $200.

So far I've bought a set of resistance bands, a lifting belt, a full set of cast iron Olympic plates, a few barbell collars, and a few other knickknacks I can't recall. The quality was always on point. High quality materials, nice finish, and the weight tolerances on the plates are great for cast iron (yes, I weighed every single plate).

The prices aren't as cheap as say a Rep fitness but are much lower than other companies that would be a better comparison (I.E. Rogue). This is probably just because they're a local company, which I was delighted to learn after having already had many great experiences with them.

Service wise, the shipping was always incredibly fast (though I live in Quebec where they're based so that probably plays a big role), and the one time a botched delivery on UPS' part led to stolen gear, they sent back a replacement within days.

I bought 2 different types of knee sleeves to compare fit and quality. After trying them on (not using them to exercise), I started the return process for the pair I didn't want. The return fees were about a third of the price.
