seat covers for HI ace 2011
Hi There
my overall experience with the purchase of the seat covers was really great. the delivery was also perfect
My issue is with the actual product
1. there was no installation instructions
2. I was expecting a canvas seat cover but what I received was not as strong as I expected
3. the installation method could not work, because the tags to hold the base of the seat covers on require you to be able to thread them under the seat but that is impossible on the passenger and central seats. therefore these seat covers remain loose.
the drivers seat is fine
Thanks Vince

Resposta da IRONSKIN Australia
Hi Vince, thanks for the feedback and really glad the purchase and delivery went well. Our canvas covers are made from 10oz cotton canvas so hopefully that clears up any confusion on the material. On the passenger and centre seat fitment, there is ususally a clip/lever that lifts the seat base which should give you the access needed to thread the tags through. Feel free to send us an email with pics, happy to help where we can!

Product is standard 1/5
Product is standard, nothing flash. Very similar to the ones from the markets or supercheap auto. Well below what i expected to (and the money spent).

Resposta da IRONSKIN Australia
Hi Wes, sorry to hear you feel that way. We'd respectfully push back on the Supercheap/markets comparison though. Our covers have a proper rubber-backed neoprene and tailored specifically to the vehicles. They aren't a standard universal cover you'd find at a market or auto shop. Even the cheaper neoprene tailored ones on the market don't even feature a proper rubber backing that stops spills soaking through to your seats. We've tested both side by side in our warehouse and the difference is clear.
