Great customer service & product
Customer service was great helping with a package held up or lost in customs. They ultimately sent me a replacement.
The Vault backpack is fantastic! It’s well made & spacious. Easily holds my squat shoes, two belts & various other gear with room to spare.

Everything is good but
Everything is good. Size is perfect, very comfortable to wear. Grip is good when lifting. I just have one issue, one of my shoe the word Orion 7 written in back of my shoe is faded. The other one is fine. I hope in future Iron tanks people check the shoes properly before shipping out.
I am changing my review 3* to 5* because after my first review irontank shipped another replacement product within a day. I will left another review after receiving the replacement product.

Exactly what I have been looking for.
Ordering was easy and delivery was fast. It's a great product . Exactly what I have been looking for and suits my needs. The only negative is on the inside cover the two different materials are coming away from each other so I will need to glue it down again.
