We've received amazing service from Grace Lowes at Irwell Law. We initally connected in May of 2025 regarding an issue with a contract and really couldn't recommend Grace enough. It's been a long and drawn out process due to the nature of the issue but Grace has been on hand and provided advice and reassurance all the way through it. Following a legal expense claim, my insurance provider instructed Irwell law to represent me. At the time, I was feeling very anxious, my commercial tenant was in significant arrears and any conversation regarding the arrears led to unfounded threats of legal action by the tenant. After forwarding all the correspondence to Irwell law, my appointed solicitor Mabel was able to assess the situation and advise the correct course of action to regain possession of the property. After lawfully serving the forfeiture notice to end the lease, I discovered the tenant had left items in the building. This led to the tenant becoming very elusive and more unfounded legal threats; before dragging out months worth of correspondence. Knowing Mabel was able to swiftly deal with each piece of correspondence effectively, protecting my legal rights, was a huge weight of my shoulders, and a much welcomed reduction in my stress levels. Eventually, the tenant had no option but to attend the property and remove their items; bringing the protracted matter to a close, giving me back control of my property. I’m very thankful and highly recommend Mabel.
