Our recent experience with Irwell Law has been outstanding. Positive outcome following a cease and desist/letter
I found the need to use Irwell Law with regard to an ex employee. I needed a Solicitor to review documents and evidence I had obtained and draft a cease and desist/letter before action to an ex-employee.
I was assigned to Khaled Ali who was brilliant from the very start. He reviewed all of the documents, was very thorough and knowledgeable. He provided me with his best advice and set my expectations on the situation before drafting and sending the letter.
The outcome was very positive for me with posts being removed within an hour of the letter being sent. This was a very stressful period of time for me, especially as a small business, so I was very happy with the outcome and had great piece of mind that my company reputation was not damaged.

Speedy response
our issue needed a 4 day turn around and was vital we had legal support to challenge an NHS decision, that was sprung on the Charity. This was done in that time by Grace Lowes. So happy to of made contact with Irwell Law and certainly will continue to use them as this situation develops.

Paulina Ciszek was really helpful right from the start and made the dsar process an easy one. She was responsive to both calls and emails and enabled us to feel confident in the dsar outcome. Her explanations were clear. The process was not labour intensive or costly to us as a business.
