Erster Gewinn ging Auszahlung Ruckzuck. Zweiter Gewinn wurde mir erst halbiert. Dann wollte ich den Rest auszahlen, sie lehnten es ab und zogen mir nochmal was von meinen Gewinn ab. Einmal hätte ich es mir schon ausgezahlt, dann wäre der Betrag nicht korrekt und dann habe ich es doch wieder bekommen und nun warte ich ewig auf die Auszahlung. Obwohl die Erste ruckzuck ging.

I registered an account and won 100 free spins. From these, I earned €13.60 with a 45x wagering requirement. I completed all the requirements properly and managed to win 10 times that amount. I then played successfully in the live casino, increasing my balance to €408 and wanted to withdraw the money.
At first, my withdrawal requests were rejected three times for various unclear reasons. After fulfilling all requirements, I tried again and waited 3-4 hours, only to find my balance disappeared from the account.
Initially, they claimed I had duplicate accounts, but when I asked for proof, they could provide none. Finally, they said the reason was that I changed my registered home address, which they said violated their rules. Because of this, they deleted my balance.
