Put in an order on 09/25, kept checking the status on “fulfillment” status for the few days after. Nothing new, I put in a ticket request or whatever on 10/04 asking to see what was up. They responded on 10/06 stating: “Thank you for your inquiry. At the moment we are out of stock on the Active-Energy Magnum Maca. The system usually refunds the account automatically but for some reason that was not the case with your order. We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused. We have issued the refund for the out-of-stock item. Please allow 3-5 business days for the funds to go back into your account.

WTF? Like I checked the link for this particular supplement and it didn’t state anything “out of stock” but I still can order it. Really?

I responded directly to that email stating this and no response. Guess they don’t like to be called out.

I have tried to cancel my automatic renewal THREE TIMES but I still get billed. I’ve been diagnosed with liver cancer n my cancer doctor wants me off any/all supplements IMMEDIATELY. If this latest charge goes thru I’ll dispute it will my credit card company

I have reported this several times. I was told I signed up for delivery every 2 weeks. I knowingly did not. I requested a copy of my order so I could see what I did, so I don’t repeat the mistake.

Both bottles had fractures on the bottom of the bottles. DIdn't realize it until I went to take them one morning and the entire bottom of the bottle collapsed.
