Ordered a journal. Journal arrived with stains and a green mark. Reached out to customer service and they told me they could not accept a return with the bubble wrap taken off? Which obviously when the package arrived I took the wrapping off to see it….? Responded and never headers back regarding replacement or refund. Was told to “wipe it with a damp cloth” and see if it works.

The candles I purchased from Isabelle Candles were cliff coast and Fig. They both have very natural welcoming scents that OUTLASTED two three-wick candles from Bath and Body works! I am sticking to it Isabelle Candles for good because i love candles around my home. Try the fig spray too! It smells like Christmas if Christmas had a smell!

Wow, I can smell it as soon as I opened the box! You can’t go wrong with any of her scents ( I bought a mix of 4) and the smell fills the room, yet not too overpowering! My favorite was White Tea. Fast shipping and packaged beautifully.Will be ordering again!

Love the new limited edition scents in Amaranthine Lavender and Himalayan Fir. Both of them are fragrant. I can smell the scent from 5 ft away by just having the lid off without lighting them. Himalayan Fir is definitely tied for favorite scent with Fig Blossom so I hope it's here to stay. All these candles burn so evenly and I love the flickering sounds of the wood wick.

I saw an Isabelle candle on Instagram in a post by an interior designer. I tracked the brand down and I'm so glad I did! I ordered fig blossom, Egyptian myths and queen’s garden. They all smell amazing, but queen’s garden is my favorite. Queen’s garden has an incredibly appealing floral scent. The candle puts off enough scent to be smelled in multiple rooms. I’ve tried expensive candles and Isabelle candles are comparable in quality. Very pleased with the high quality and fast shipping! I intend to order more.
