Have been waiting for over 2 months for my product and still not here!! I emailed them 3 times and no response what so ever! My payment has been took out of my account and still haven’t got what I have paid for? And still haven’t had a reply from anyone! DO NOT BUY!!!

Service was good. Received email and text confirmation of when my item was shipped. Received item within 5 working days of ordering. Item arrived well packaged with no damage. Received item I was expecting. Was able to pay by PayPal which gives peace of mind in case anything happens.

After ordering I read very bad reviews for this company but the earphones arrived on time and work well. No problems at all.

Great pods my son loves them.

Update 2: After posting the review update below, I just received an immediate refund. Go figure....

Update: WAS PROMISED A REFUND AND NO PAYMENT HAS BEEN RECEIVED AFTER 9 DAYS!

I am now strongly considering a class action against this company, as I am not alone in not receiving refunds, or the product, it would seem. I will reach out to you as a community shortly, once I have all the legal facts sorted.

Cheap, (compared to Apple AirPod Pros) but you get what you pay for. I have just sent mine back as they keep disconnecting after a while. Seamless initial connection with my iPhone though, just like real AirPods, the real connection issues came during playback. Sound quality was not as good as expected, a real lack of bass and quite muddy in the trebles. Wireless charging of the case is good but active noise suppression is a non-working gimmick I’m afraid - what do you expect for £49.99 though....

Hopefully the refund process will be painless and easy though! See the update at top!!!!!!

Received order, all good. Delivery took at bit of time but was Christmas period. Unfortunately had to return the item as was not suitable for me this time. Would buy from company again.

I have still not received my order which I order a month ago (Airpods) as a present for our son!!

no one is responding to us and I have tried contacting numerous times!! I gave it a bit longer beciase I thought it might be slightly longer because of the Christmas post etc!! but no NOTHING!!. I am gonna go to Klarna now to get some advice as I bought through them!!

BTW the status of the order is saying 'Delivered' when we have received nothing!!

Taken almost three weeks to get my delivery and still hasn’t Arrived, haven’t received any tracking information at all either for updates.
