It is so cute and comfy to wear. I can see that it is high-quality as well. My friends even noticed, so I recommended this shop to them. 5/5!

Had to return mine initially because the toe strap on the left was attached lower than on the right slipper. Customer service was cooperative and send a pair that actually fit last year in July. This season I started wearing them again in June and the leather sole started fading at the inner seam. Poor quality since my very first pair I purchased in 2003 lasted me 10 years. I think they changed upper and lower sole materials. Not happy! Not gonna buy another pair. Contacted customer service twice and got no response at all. For the price I expected them to last much longer. And they keep getting more expensive, so I guess I have to find a new manufacturer. Too bad, Island Slippers... I really liked your products from back in the day!

Company uses cheap quality materials. Top thin layer (where foot touches slipper) started to wear off within a year, exposing the next layer. Island Slippers customer service was polite, but not satisfying. "I'm sorry," doesn't cut it for that amount of $$$$. I do not recommend Island Slippers.

Excellent product! The website said it could take up to two weeks for my order to be made but to my surprise it shipped within a day! VERY happy with my new slippahs! They do require some break in time, but ALL good flip flops do. Buying from them also supports the local Hawaiian economy as they are truly made on O'ahu!

I have owned 3 pairs with no issues, however my current pair broke at the toe strap. I contacted them about a repair or replacement and sent some photos showing the sandals. They informed me that it looked like I got them wet and that's why they failed. Really? They have deck soles for sailing and no where on their website does it say that they should not be used in wet conditions. I pointed this out to them and they did not reply, my poor review on their website also was not listed. Don't buy them if you are going to sail, fish or go to the beach, because they don't stand behind their product...

Very good store and shoes. The size are just not exact match so I had to change for a higher size. Otherwise great quality

The appear to be just a little slipper with some sparkle. They are, plus unbelievable support for multiple types of foot problems. The support is like a custom orthotic with arch and heel areas and toe grip indentions. You can wear them all day long shopping the very first day without pain. And I have very cranky 58 year old feet. Also this company's shoes last forever. My first pair I bought on my first trip there and they are over 30 years old and still are great.

I have worn Island Slippers for many years. The product is extremely comfortable and durable. I get many compliments on my "slippers". They come in so many colors and styles to match your wardrobe. Recently I needed to contact them about an order. They are extremely friendly and were willing to work with me on the color and style that I requested. They are also quick to respond to exchanges of their product. And a real person, a very nice one, answers the phone when you call them!!! And their phone number is included in email correspondence! They are a wonderful company to do business with.

Love everything about them. Don't ever stop making them.

Over the last few years she has placed two orders of two pair each. I
have placed three orders of multiple pairs. My favorites are the sea turtle ones that have been discontinued. I work with the sea turtles in Palm Beach County, Florida. So. . . they need to be put back into production.
I would and do recommend Island Slipper to everyone.

These are the only flip flops I care to wear. Got my first pair as a gift in 2008, they are starting to fall apart so I've now bought my second pair. Oh so comfy and the quality is exceptional!

I use this sandals as beach shoes or with white shorts. Much more feminine than sneakers and classier looking than plain old flip flops

straps too loose on size 10. sent back and new pair built with size 9 straps on size 10 slippers. Still a bit too loose.
