This is the best Irish motoring school in the Republic. The time spent with the different instructors I learned a lot about how to become a professional driver and I noticed that there was kind of warm and positive treatment for all the trainees.
Each time I was on the road with: Enoch Oki, Martin, Dave, Abdi and Pat Blacke they were motivating and encouraging me to improve.
Frankly there instructors deserve a lot.

I completed my 12 lessons start of February and have nothing to show for it. Disgusted that almost 2 months ago I finished my lessons and none of them are up on the system. Now my driving instructor has gone MIA, has not answered texts, called ISM but they asked me to keep trying to get in contact with driving instructor or contact RSA as the driving instructor is not working for them anymore but it has to be the driving instructor to put the lessons up. RSA said they would try help get onto him. What’s worse is I saw the driving instructor with a new ISM advertising car different to what they had for me just this week.

Finished my 12 lessons, no bother just had trouble with the test. After running through a few instructors one Caroline Mulhall stuck with me. Helpful, informative and gives good guides which if kept leads to an easy passing. Would Highly Recommend her If you want to get this driving test behind you! - Mulhall's School of Motoring

Couldn’t recommend Instructor Niamh Brady enough she was absolutely fantastic! Test passed first time. Very impressed with the service provided.

Highly recommend fantastic driving experience

We cannot recommend ISM enough especially Vitaliy and Niamh they were so professional caring and kind, we had a very bad experience with Airport driving school in which Niamh was able to turn the driving experience around thankfully 🙏🏻

Do not recommend! I signed up with this school, they assigned me a very unfriendly nervous non-encouraging teacher. As it was not already bad enough the dude just quit in my middle of lessons WITHOUT ever giving me a logbook or uploading my lessons to RSA. I called ISM, and they were equally unfriendly and unhelpful in getting the instructor to upload my lessons. I had to cancel remaining sessions, because they couldn't find another teacher earlier than few my. Honestly I don't think there is any quality check on the instructor. They would accept any random person who wants to contract with them I do not trust their passing rate seeing how unprofessional everything else was.

I have just completed my 12th lesson with Kieran Foley.Up until these lessons I hated driving had no confidence, that has massively changed.Kieran is patient, informative &friendly.I was at ease from day one would highly recommend Kieran to anyone looking for anything to do with driving.I finally enjoy driving and can’t wait to get going thanks Kieran.

I can’t recommend driving instructor Niamh enough she was AMAZING. She kept me calm and gave me the confidence I needed, even in moments when I doubted myself. Her patience, encouragement, and clear instructions made such a difference. I always felt supported, and she created a positive environment during our lessons. I’m so grateful to have had her as my instructor, and I would highly recommend her to anyone learning to drive. I passed my driving test first time with her help Thank you for everything Niamh I couldn’t have done it without you!!!!!!

I had Niamh as my driving instructor and she was absolutely unbelievable. She helped me pass my driving test first time and constantly tried to squeeze me in for lessons/pre tests whenever she could. I would highly recommend Niamh as she is super accommodating and just amazing at giving tips and tricks to learn the rules of the road. Would definitely recommend Niamh as a driving instructor for anyone.

I highly recommend ISM. I had Niamh as my instructor for my pre-test. She was a great instructor who made me feel calm and confident and had me well prepared for the test. Thanks for all your help Niamh :))

I wish I could give zero star or negative star.

I have purchased a package of 12 x 1hr lesson in early 2022. The customer service lady helped to book in all 12 lessons. But then the instructor called me and shouter at me why i book all 1 hr lesson, he said he never take 1-hr lesson. He cancelled half of my classes, and changed half of them to 3x 2hr lesson.

I tried to book in the remaining lesson with him, but he said he cant give me any slot. I tried few times, but he still said he is busy and no time slot for me. I called customer service, but the lady only said I should book with instructor directly, and she will leave a message to the instructor.

I can never book the remaining 6 x 1hr lesson with them. And I have no idea if i can get refund for the unfinished lesson.

Passed first time around BIG thanks to William Lambe at ISM 🙏 very flexible with lessons and very calm, excellent at explaining things.. I had never driven a car before starting with William and I passed on my first test ☺️

Just what to say a big thank you to Dave for giving me the confidence in passing my bus test he really is a asset to your company.

Done forklift course was good no money in it. No work. You don't know were next job is coming from. Found ISM Recruitment staff rude kept ringing and when you ring back jennifer in particular they don't know why you are ringing. Keep 10er an hour..

I had a guy called Con and we went to the same place every week and he never went through any road signs or any of the theory. It was honestly disappointing and a real let down on ISMs part and the part of the instructor. Shameful.

I started my lessons with Will (NTS) in February. He made the whole process of learning to drive, understanding the rules of the road, anticipations and more complex manoeuvres feel far less daunting than it could have been. He put me at ease and wasn’t shy of being honest about where I was having issues and how to correct them. This allowed me to address in advance of my test which I passed first time in September. From arranging lessons (thanks Phil!) to the lessons themselves everything was managed effectively and easily. Highly recommended without hesitation

Murray is a great instructor. He’s very calm and really helps build confidence. A good experience overall.
