Ordered 2 refurbished Pc's. 1st one - system fan seized, CPU fan almost seized. Optical drive spins, but does not read, laser dead. Bad sectors on HDD.

2nd one, audio drivers not installed. Office 2021 installed, but not activated.

I fixed everything myself.

Pse do not just add RAM and upgrade the OS - check everything thoroughly.

Laptop looks brand new.

Delivery was very quick and I received the product I ordered. Very appreciated.
