I made a mistake with deliver address and the support at Itch was extremely helpful and kind. I've used the cat and dog Wormer and Flea treatment in the past and its very effective. Thanks Itch! Loyal happy customer.

Purchased through TopCashback as they had a good deal on and signed up for flea treatment. The treatment wasn’t very effective, but we thought we would give it time. Tried three months worth and weren’t getting results so cancelled the subscription. Itch then cancelled the TopCashback incentive which was really naughty as we weren’t in breach of the terms. Load of money spent and a waste of time.

Regarding Top Cashback we pay them for all referrals after 30 days and therefore you should have been paid after this period by them. If you can provide your account details and email to contact you we can investigate this for you to see why they cancelled the incentive?

Fleas cat
I've been using it for two months, and it doesn't work. The fleas are still there, even though we're fighting them. The leaflet said 48 hours. Nothing works. I don't recommend this product.

There was no delivery on the 12th April…
There was no delivery on the 12th April even though itch deducted £20 from my bank account and I am dissatisfied and angry with this company and it's policies

Got the free one within 2 days
Got the free one within 2 days. So ordered 3x more for my other 3 cats (I have 4) and they never arrived! Customer service are awful. They tell you they'll send a replacement but don't! Don't hold your breath. Lost my £35 subscription instantly!!
Reply to itch. You've spoken to me 4x and I've got emails and WhatsApp messages saying the items should have arrived, just you saying your reply you don't have any information on me. The same email address you've written in your reply is the same one I've been messaging with!

After receiving more information linked to your subscription, we can see that the only delay in response has been when we have been contacted outside of our operating hours, and then once operations began again, we replied and actioned this immediately. I started a subscription of worming…
I started a subscription of worming tablets for my 2 dogs.
It has been a week and I have not yet received the tablets.
I have emailed customer services for an update and had failed to receive a response.
Subscription has now been cancelled, £17 has been wasted.
I will continue to purchase the tablets from my vet.

Would recommend to all pet owners, cheaper than veterinary prices and works the same, shop bought treatment in the past never worked on our dogs
