ITNS Radio has been a God send to veterans concerts we do. St Jude’s shows are going great thanks to the tireless effort of Sam and Tina Watkins. Always there and ready to help artists achieve their goals. I’ve counted on them for years and will always turn to them when an event needs support and awareness. They are so important to so many and I m proud to be included in their roster their roster of awesome artists. I can always count on support for our music and concerts for charities. They are awesome. I recommend artists join ITNS radio and achieve your goals.

Greetings all the way from Africa, Nigeria. We are the parents to Ballz and Pinky who are young hip-hop artists based here in Nigeria. We have always wanted the best for our kids for them to experience the American Dream and so luckily for us we met our manager online, Liesa who immediately saw the talent in these kids. She introduced us to Tina and Sam Watkins of the ITNSradio and ever since we met these people they have been family to us. They registered the kids for online musical shows without collecting a dime from US. They carry out free radio interviews and musical promotions for the kids and that has really boosted their fan base. Presently we are working on a Show and ITNSradio are sponsoring This show all the way from America. Granting the kids free interviews and adverts. Sam Watkins has promised to be a guest artist in this upcoming show and that is so important to us. We love and appreciate ITNSradio for everything you have done for our kids. Continue to go higher.

I've always had great experiences with ITNS Radio + SWC Global. These people have been so helpful, a lifeline for me and the kids that I manage who resides on the other side of the world while I reside in Michigan both born and raised. Last year I was in need of assistance for the kid's website. Tina was all too happy to show me what I needed to do. I followed her lead and the website came out fine. I took it down when I saw N1M.com because I didn't need to pay for a domain or maintain it later. Point being, Tina was and still is here to assist whenever we reach out. "Ballz feat Pinky"are extremely talented. ITNS Radio noticed from day one. When needed, they are right here for us. We have an amazing world event coming up for December 13 and 14 "Ballerz Festival" ITNS Radio will be sponsoring us. So, you're all invited because we're confident that this will be an event to remember. ITNS Radio have never failed us. So, yes, we trust them because know we have the very best on our team. We don't anticipate anything except SUCCESS!

On July 5, 2023, I requested to be unsubscribed by replying to one of their emails, noting also that the company did not have an unsubscribe button at the bottom of the email. I added in my message that if I got another message (and I got several thereafter), that I would report them. At that time I was thinking I would report to the BBB, but I'll start here on TrustPilot to be kind. Honestly, most of the time I am just too busy, but today I noticed especially because I'm unsubscribing from newsletters that are no longer relevant and one from this company suddenly arrives in my inbox. And I thought - didn't I ALREADY unsubscribe from these emails?? So, there you have it, over a year later as of Oct 10, 2024, I was still receiving the emails. To the company's credit, I noticed that there was now an unsubscribe button at the bottom of the newsletter, but it didn't look like it actually unsubscribes my email address. Instead, it appears that some other itns address is inserted in there? I could not make out. The truth is that I won't know unless I don't get any more messages from them, which only time will tell. I tried to call the number before writing this review, and there was no answer. I did not want to leave a voicemail with my contact info, because I simply don't trust them.

I paid $300 for an "amazing radio share" that was said to run over an entire year, but after not receiving any of the said updates and not being contacted on the moments they said I would be contacted (all communications had to be initiated by me) and when I wanted to cancel for good after our drummer tragically passed away, there were obvious delay tactics and a failure to honour my cancellation request. I did ask to be reimbursed for $250 to compensate for work already done in the one month that the promotion was supposedly active (though not having received any of the promised updates), but they failed to honour this.

So I opened a dispute on PayPal, but the seller did not respond, so I escalated, and PayPal ultimately decided in my favour and reimbursed the full amount.

Just to be sure I am writing this negative review: do NOT deal with these people. Although their communication is friendly, they make appointments and promises they won't follow up - this is a scam deal - they take the money and hope you won't care enough to make a big deal out of it.

Do NOT deal with these people!
At least I got my money back :) Because of PayPal buyer protection.
