The different speed modes on this cordless leaf blower are quite useful. High mode clears leaves from the yard quickly, and low mode is gentle enough for the garage.

I bought the 3 in 1 cordless weedeater strimmer tool and used it on 1st September. No issues with it. Easily assembled, strong enough materials, works well if only a narrow 7" or so cut. The wheels are good and why I got it. Multiple blades are included and the metal one worked well with longer grass/ scrub. Best used on up to medium sized areas. Can handle grass up to around 6"that my rotary 12" cut mower just got
clogged up with.
The 1 star negative reviews are concerning and it's not clear how many were satisfactorily resolved. No problems here, so I can say that the tool is good having used it twice on larger 20 yard overgrown areas. The battery lasted well, easy walking up and down with it, I just went slower on longer growth areas.
Tool recommended as is fit for purpose.

I purchased your 3 in 1 Cordless Rechargeable Pool Vacuum Cleaner, which is fantastic. The suction is good and the attachments work well, I especially like the thin one for pool edge.

was very easy to install and did not take long to arrive once o had ordered it online. i would recommed it to anyone who want there garden watered evenly

Purchased a battery powered paint sprayer. Tracking the parcel internationally was complicated, the parcel was well overdue of the suppliers estimated delivery time. Contacted supplier to email parcel status. Meantime parcel arrived, email reply was a week later. In my opinion the supplier should send the purchase customer details of the tracking method relevant to that particular country in the first purchase confirmation email, as I found it impossibly complicated on the internet to track a parcel comming from china to NZ. Has anyone else had the same problem?

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I purchased a 3 in 1 cordless pool vacuum for my above ground pool. I thought it would be handy. When I got it , it was a little dinky thing, which would not begin to do what advertised. So I sent it back for a refund. That's when the run around started. They offered me a discount, which I did not accept. Then said I had to be approved to send it back. They sent me the address to send it to. I sent it to that address. After awhile I checked back and they checked their warehouse and said they have not received it. They said they needed the approval number for the return, which they did not send. Then they wanted me to retrieve the package and send it to the proper return address. How could I retrieve it if they or I either one didn't know where it was. So I have not received my refund! I have never had this type of experience before!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! It is a scam!

I purchased a paint gun which has no pressure. I tried troubleshooting
and when nothing worked, I contacted customer service. We have gone back and forth annd after I boxed up the paint gun, they asked me to send them a video. I'm not going to send a video because no matter what, at this point, I just want a refund. It's like they're forcing me to keep a defective product. It's either defective or constructed very poorly.And not of good quality. Since they are not responding to my last email, i'm going to dispute the charge with my financial institution. I'll never do business with this company again due to their
lack of customer service and quality of the merchandise I purchased.

They were very responsive and let me know that they would in fact honor the warranty and send me a new power supply. The communication as to the status of my order was very good.
