He carried out checks on the line and clearly explained the possible cause of the issue, providing structured troubleshooting steps to follow, including router placement advice and testing instructions.

⭐ Five-star service from InTouch Systems (WiSpire)
I’ve been with WiSpire for seven years and they’ve always been excellent, but today they really proved why I stay with them. My router failed and within just a couple of hours Tom Bailey and his team had a new one delivered and helped me get everything set up in minutes. Being able to speak to a genuinely helpful, knowledgeable team on the phone—and have the issue resolved the same day—was outstanding. I can’t recommend them highly enough. No need to look anywhere else for broadband.

I got my Broadband setup initiated over the phone. Thomas helped me get through the process so quickly and got my account setup in less than 20 mins. It was all so quick and efficient. Hassle free. No extra hidden costs. I got my queries cleared and also guided me to get the appropriate package that suits my need.
Multiple issues, no support
Had issues on multiple occasions with them, and trying to get support from them is a nightmare, if your problem doesnt happen between monday - friday 9-5 good luck getting any kind of help, Internet has been down since yesterday morning, and also had issues on Thursday, and now its the weekend they dont care to get anything fixed and will be left broken until monday, just wish my development didnt go exclusively OFNL so I could use a proper Internet service provider instead of these

WiFi is down again for the second time in one day. There are no out of hours contact details. The “in case of emergency number” advises to call Monday-Friday during office hours (doesn’t specify the hours which is very unhelpful) which is useless. I received an email from a “Customer Retention Specialist” after the internet was down in the morning and the contact number in their signature isn’t even recognised. Their social media provides zero updates regarding potential disruption in areas. It’s a poor service considering how much it costs.

I have used ItsFibre and their fast broadband for a couple of years now and always been impressed with both their internet service and the level of their customer service. Thomas, their memory of staff who took me through my most recent rental and upgrade was very polite, straightforward and transparent which I really appreciated. All the documentation was with me in minutes and was very well laid out. The services they can provide and guarantee are the best I have ever experienced - we live in rural North Norfolk where internet is regarded as voodoo mostly, but through ItsFibre we are able to get unbelievable speeds and quality of service with only 1 outage in our entire time of contract. Highly, highly recommend them as a company and Thomas is a credit to them as a member of staff.

I'm an internet user in my 80's and was reluctant to change provider, but cost and connection meant my family persuaded my to try InTouch. I'm so pleased I did! The team talked me through what the change would mean, when it would happen, and what equipment I would be sent. Everything went as they said and I'm delighted with the price and service!

My internet is saying I’m in a different country I called the other day and they sent me an email on how to resolve it I tried that it still doesn’t work and now I keep getting a orange light and no internet connection, any time I call numbers provided it just says user busy or number not recognised and I haven’t had a response to any of my emails since Monday
Geo Location Hong Kong? We're in Surrey!
Since Saturday 27th our Geo location on our wifi has stated with are in Hong Kong. We are not only unable to access multiple streaming platforms, but now I am unable to work from home (permissions through work PC will not allow accessing from 'different country'. We thought it could be a glitch at the start, however as the days progressed and nothing was changing it is clear it is a system error. This is extremely disruptive and is now not only costing me more money in terms of fuel to get to work and back, but also my time, which is better spend with my family. When we initial raised this it seemed it was very unknown fault, and they 'flagged' it. However since coming on here it seems like it is a reoccurring issue.
For the amount we pay, we will be seriously considering swapping to a different company.

Had issues with resetting router. Rang support at 8am, call was answered almost instantly. Spoke with Olly who was super helpful. He talked me through all the steps, kept me updated and was able to solve the issue for me. Really happy with the service I received!
