Always great service from it’s so easy travel, it’s been a few years since my last claim but was handled quickly. Not much change in price each year when I renew

The website was good - easy to navigate.
The phone call for clarification was professional and clear; not on hold for long and got to a human very quickly; so buying the policy was very easy.
When issues arose for me and I needed help regarding cancelling or changing the policy they could not have been more attentive or helpful. Again speedy on phone. One phone call, a few emails in rapid succession and all was resolved. I trust this company and they will be my first choice in the future. I took out an already travelling policy and am 69. This is by far the best company I have used and will continue to use them. Wish I had known about them before! Outstanding support.

We specifically went with these guys because of a health condition. When they were founded it was all about shipping your medication out to you if something went wrong. We'd been with them for years when we found ourselves in Spain without medication they were useless. Told us to contact a hospital and try to get cover using EHIC/GHIC which did not work. Needless to say we have not renewed. You only find out how good your insurance is when you need it, and we found out if was worthless.

Love how easy it is to obtain the necessary documents. I've used them several times now for travel to various international locations and they have always lived up to their name.

To ensure we got the correct travel insurance for our needs we contacted the customer service line and received excellent information from the call handler which met our needs.

I purchased a policy while I was already travelling. I wasn’t aware that I would have to jump through so many hoops to get a simple claim resolved.
Basically the company only sells policies, the medical assistance is provided by another company and a third company deals with claims later.
It has been 2 months now I am waiting for an outcome or any update. I raised a complain as well and eventually had to resort to coordinating between the three companies.
Every time I call they add another email address to the chain. The original company cannot do anything despite seeking the policy.
The health company cannot do anything because they provided all information and the claims company cannot do anything because the entire thing is a mess on their side.

Would I buy this policy again? Absolutely not! Choose a policy that deals with your claims instead of this mess I have gotten myself into after paying £160 for a month long trip.

I’m having the same problem that I reported last year. Can’t get through by phone which I need to do. Left my number 3 hours ago as suggested but no response.

I was recommended this company from good friends who are frequent flyers and insure with It's so Difficult er, easy! I have several health conditions but only wanted three days' cover for Belgium - I got as far as the quote on two several times - had spent some time getting that far and got as far also as giving my details and faced two buttons - Save Quote/Continue which when clicked - the wretched site crashed with the illuminating message that session terminated as an exception occurred while timed out whilst dealing with a previous exception(!). My mind refuses to remember the exact Dalek speak. Hopeless! Perhaps 1 to 2 AM is a particularly busy time for this site in London? Bad vibes about this company and I have found hints like this terrible waste of time to be best observed. Going elsewhere and friends are getting an earful! I could have spent this hour or so researching my trip!

I was happy with the ease with which I was able to navigate the site and how it catered for one way travel needs. The main test will come if I have to make a claim on the policy

I recently had the misfortune to end up in hospital in Rhodes and, from the first phone call to it's so easy, they were absolutely amazing. I had been dreading contacting the company fearing that there might have been something I might have missed in my medical declaration which would invalidate my claim, perhaps a slight cough back in 1965 or something, but I had no need to worry at all. While I was in hospital my wife had to deal with everything, and without the continuous support of the insurance team it would have been very difficult for her to get things sorted.
Out of the various teams that helped us I would like to thank, Paul, Natalie, Anna, Theresa and Roman, you all helped to ease a stressful Experience.

I have used ISETI on may occasions as a consequence of an existing medical condition. Their rates are very competative and their cover has given me every confidence on each overseas journey, that should anything go wrong, they will be there for me.

I have been using it’s so easy travel insurance for many years. They have consistently provided excellence in customer service and competitive and very affordable policy prices especially for customers with complex health conditions. I have absolute confidence when I travel that if needed I have the comprehensive cover I need.

I scoured the internet for hours looking for someone to insure my wife and I for our one way trip to Australia. Most companies only offer 'single trip' insurance. A real relief to find ISETI. Not only did they have the cover I was looking for but when I telephoned to query a few items they were so knowledgable, polite and helpful. Hopefully I won't need to use the insurance to find out how good they are when dealing with claims, but if my experience so far is anything to go by they will be excellent.

been useing them for years only thing is they don,t mention your covered for covid 19 on the cover note i had to get intouch with them cause if you go to thailand they want to see this or you don,t get on flight i think they should maybe change there wording on there cover note but appart from that they are good and cheap thanks

Having been in contact with many different travel insurance companies and not being able to secure insurance. From when I first contacted It's So Easy to Travel, they were so helpful and me feel reassured that they could help. They were very reasonable rates. I am very happy with the service I received.
