Really poor player. Dramas are great on itv but the actual player is utter rubbish so I dread watching it on demand using this player. Constantly crashes. Never goes back to the right place and should you ever pause it, it crashes.

stop playing ads right at the end of a movie it totally kills the emotion that the movie has spent an hour building

I’m watching catch up and every time I go back to watch it it never goes back to where I left it. Utter rubbish and the worst channel for watching any programme that contains kite than 1 episode!!

They could improve it by allowing you watch the six nations on demand, if you later to a match you have to start watching from the start of the program, without the option to fast forward, and then once the game is finished there is a delay before anything is available on demand and then all you get is highlights, BBC IPlayer does it so much better, poor

WHY ARE YOU SHOWING ADVERTS DURING SPORTS GAMES YOU ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL COMPANY. PLEASE STOP RUINING ENTERTAINMENT WITH YOUR PROFITS.

The app is terrible. Most half decent streaming apps can at least fast forward with the scenes images viewable - not this rubbish. You have to guess at how far forward it’s gone. Also, constantly crashing its the worst.

Their customer service is awful. They say if you are not satisfied they will refund your money. We'll, that's a lie. I had their servce for a little over a month but the channels kept buffering. I was in constant contact with them about that. FINALLY I canceled my subscription. They told me I would get a refund. I'm still waiting.

Absolutely terrible the same endless chatting crap all morning and afternoon then all the thick people trying to quiz then murder violence drugs all evening with emerdale and coronation street and police dramas no wonder the streets are not save itv show how to do it put some comedy on

Review for ITVX:
I am absolutely appalled by the experience of using the ITVX app. After attempting to continue a programme I had started on my television, I moved to my phone to resume watching from where I left off. Instead, I was forced to endure an outrageous number of adverts — sixteen in total, consisting of twelve 30-second ads and four 20-second ads — simply to locate my previous viewing point.

This is completely unacceptable. The sheer volume of advertising makes the app virtually unusable and demonstrates a total disregard for user experience. I became so frustrated that I switched it off altogether and will never use ITVX again.

Until ITV seriously rethinks this excessive and exploitative approach, I strongly advise others to avoid this app entirely. There are far better streaming services out there that respect their viewers’ time.

The premium no adverts service is half the price of netflix. I'd accidentally signed up with 2 emails previously so was charged £5.99 twice for the month. When I contacted them via email they responded fast and refunded the £5.99 thank you :)

I would give this a zero if it were an option. I cant believe that ITV STILL has not fixed this after so long and so many complaints! just there way of forcing more adds down us! absolute garbage.

Worst TV app ever! Why haven’t they changed it?! It crashes constantly and freezes - literally impossible to watch a programme all the way though. Pointless
