Scam!l alert !!

Scam!! Scam!! Scam alert!!
I ordered a cap from this website, they took my money. Item was never shipped, neither did I receive order confirmation email.
I reached out to their customer service several times no reply and never got my money back.
DO NOT order from this website.

Hi Steve,

We are so sorry to hear about the issues you had faced with your order.

Your order was sent out for next day 3 days after the order came through to our system. We had experience technical difficulties with our email communications and had updated all customers whose orders were received around the same period. It appears you might not have received our email below sent out last week to you and also on Monday. We can also see that the delivery company had attempted delivery a few times at your address. The delivery tracking does show that the item was delivered after multiple attempts.

We believe there have been miscommunication due to most likely the system email error.

We sincerely apologies as we acted swiftly as soon as we identified the batch of orders affected by this system issue.

We apologies for any inconvenience and hope you did you receive your ordered item which shows delivered. Please react out to us if you have any further questions.

Apologies I see your order was already sent out with a tracked delivery last week.

You also should have received an email from the delivery company. I currently see that your delivery is expected to be delivered today.

Due to the email issues, the order went out on the 5th for next day. It seems there have also been a delay with the delivery company hence you didn’t receive your item last week.

Really quick delivery

Really quick delivery. Easy to order. Cap was nicely packed in a second internal box. This was particularly useful as the delivery driver tossed the package over the fence whilst it was raining. The outer box was wet but the cap inside remained in perfect condition.

Hi My name is Prince Nwachukwu and I’m a second time loyal customer with 474co, I’ve purchased two tracksuits so far and the quality and fit are both A1 as well as the customer service I received, when I had an event they made sure I got my tracksuit the very next day which I was very impressed with they even went as far to send two sizes to make sure I had the right fit, anybody who loves uk fashion and style I strongly recommend 474co 👌

I have since order for a t-shirt and…

I have since order for a t-shirt and hat ( Order no: 7715 ) . It was due to be delivered in six(6) days but this is the third week and still not delivered. I have sent email two times but not a single reply.

This is unusual, deliveries to Canada takes up to 12 working days depending on the delivery service you choose on our website. We had followed up confirming that the delivery you chose will takes between 6 to 12 working days. Apologies for any inconvenience caused. Top quality all the way

The delivery was faster than expected and the quality and design of the product was top notch, the packaging was also very impressive and my girlfriend really loves her top, I would definitely be getting more products from 474.
