I called into this store the day before I made my purchase. I saw the item when my husband called in to the menswear dept. TBH I didn't realise this store had a ladies dept, so just came across it whilst waiting for my husband. We left after my husband finished. Next day I started to check out the store online and came across the item I saw the day before and ordered it. The process was simple and next day I called in to collect my item. It was ready for collection. Nice people, good service. The store could do with marketing their ladies dept to make people more aware with where it is. Great brands, lovely merchandising. Would highly recommend this store.
