The ring is super beautiful and it all came pretty quick!

Iver Jewelry has made a loyal customer out of me. I was looking for an engagement ring for my now fiancé and found on of their designs. I had tons of questions which they answered perfectly and timely. Customer service and communication was outstanding. Their designs are beautiful and unique. After getting the ring and proposing my fiancé loved it! I actually purchased a matching necklace from them because of the wonderful experience I had. 10/10 highly recommend and will definitely be doing business with them again!

Communicative through all parts of development, clear on pricing for modifications, free engraving, gorgeus ring, and decent turn around (about a month I believe start to end for a custom ring). Very ammenable to changes (they made a design based off my wishes, and modified settings from diamonds to gems). Enjoyed talking about design elements. Realistic timelines, packaged very nicely, shipped discretly.

I was just recently engaged in August and just now got the money to buy our engagement rings! I was confused on some things regarding my purchase and the consultant who took care of me was fabulous! They answered every question in a thorough and timely matter and was very personable and genuine. They even congratulated me on my engagement and updated and advised me on discounts and special deals! Absolutely amazing customer service. 10/10 to that consultant. Thank you so much, Iver!

I worked for weeks to find the absolutely perfect ring to upgrade my wedding bands. I found several designs in Iver Jewelry that I was compelled by as they were all so unique. I only hesitated because there weren’t a ton of reviews, but I decided to reach out on a specific ring that I kept coming back to.

The ring was originally supposed to have an oval opal stone but i had my heart set on a heart. I used the “ask a question” portal and received an email back that very same day stating to add an order note when ordering and they would email back with a mock up of the opal heart in the ring.

Once I ordered, it was another day before they sent the mock up to ensure they had everything correct. They started on the ring immediately once I gave the okay. The process from start to finish took about a month, which was along the time period I expected. Before they finalized everything, customer service reached back out to show a photo of the completed ring to make sure it was what I wanted. Everything was exactly as I wanted it to be.

They promised it would be shipped out the next week and even included a screenshot of the expected delivery date with the tracking number. Because I live in the US and they ship from California, I received the ring within three days. Moral of the story? Take a chance on the small business.

My husband and I were looking to upgrade my wedding set as the one i currently have was a bit cheaper and was meant to be temporary. I searched online for days trying to find something unique and different than your standard ring. I came across the website and absolutely fell in love with an opal three piece set. Not long after purchasing Iver reached out to make sure everything that we selected was correct and if we wanted anything changed. We let them know everything was correct and that we were so excited to see the outcome. In less than 3 weeks they again reached out to let me know that the ring was complete and even sent me photos of my ring!! I had never heard of this company prior so i was a little skeptical at first but with how attentive they were my worries quickly vanished. I am very adamant about working with small businesses as they deserve endless support. If you are looking for a unique and beautiful ring that won’t break the budget i am sure you won’t regret buying a ring from Iver<3

I spent a long time deciding what I wanted, and less than a day after finally placing my order for a ring set, there was a message from Iver in my inbox letting me know he was working on it and what to expect.

I got a couple of process photos while it was worked on, and in less than 10 days I had my beautiful ring set! I was worried about possible scuffing, but that hasn't happened in the first 5 months I've been wearing the set. The moissanite stone is still brilliant and beautiful, despite minimal upkeep/cleaning. I hope like hell I never have to replace my wedding set again (long story, don't ask), but the transparency, craftsmanship, and value from Iver Jewelry means I'll happily recommend them (and consider them for other jewelry needs down the line)!

I truly am grateful for this company for having a great uphold on their communication with me. Ordered a ring for a birthday gift and was concerned that it would arrive late. Emailed them asking if there’s a way to arrive before hand and ever since that one email they’ve kept updating me on everything. Not only that their quality in rings and designs are lovely for those who’re into fairy/fantasy rings.

Absolutely phenomenal customer service that goes above and beyond. The ring quality was great for the price as well! But if anything the service was the true prize, don't see genuine customer service often anymore so lovely to see!

Over the last several days I have gotten advertisements for a 2pc Ring in 14k Rose Gold at a price of $269 from this company. Upon going to their website, I find that the exact same ring in the same specifications is actually over $1,000. I reached out to the company regarding the price discrepancy and they informed me that the ad is actually just leading you to their 1pc "set" in 925 Sterling Silver and showing the lowest price available. Again, not what was DIRECTLY stated in the ad. For anyone else interested in this company, do NOT get your hopes up on the advertised price as their representative has stated is incorrect.

We love how our ring came out, I love how they sent me updates on how the ring was going, and to make sure I was happy with the progress. Very very happy. And the Mrs. Is even more ecstatic!

This is my first time buying a ring so I was nervous, none of the rings I saw were popping out to me until I found Iver Jewelry.

Within the first 24 hours of making an order I was contacted to confirm all the details were correct. I ended up making a mistake on the ring size and they fixed it. Throughout the entire process their customer service was phenomenal, giving me updates when I asked!

The packaging itself it’s great quality, nice pretty packaging.
The ring is amazing, high quality and very beautiful. Fits well, and they included the free engraving! I couldn’t be happier with it.

I was afraid of the quality of buying a ring online but after research so much in so many different companies and options i order my wedding ring on iver jewerly, the prices on sterling silver were reasonables and the rings on the website are amazing, i choose the princess mononoke one with engraving in spanish, it took me a month to decide the right one for me, i really loved the engraving option which is really engraved on the metal not laser printed on top of the metal, they have the option of changing the main stones on the rings if u want to, my ring took almost a month to be done and delivered and it came extremely beautiful and delicate, it was pack for delivery well protected they always reach out to u from the moment you make your order until its done, they also send u a picture of your ring once its done and always answer question you may have, i would definitively buy from them again. 10/10

I ordered a V-shaped secondary ring from the website to match my wife’s main ring. The curvature needed some adjustment, and the whole process was smooth and pleasant. I really appreciate their free service!

I originally placed the wrong order and reached out to customer service for a refund, which they processed right away. So, I went ahead and placed another order. I honestly didn’t expect to receive it so quickly, but I did! The ring is absolutely beautiful, with amazing texture and details. I’m really impressed with the service and quality, especially at this price. I’ll definitely be coming back next time!
