Dr Mireia Galian has been absolutely amazing throughout our time at the clinic. Not only is she a highly skilled and professional doctor, but she is also incredibly kind and personable which makes such a difference when navigating the emotional ups and downs of an IVF journey.

The nursing team of Paloma, Sophie and Irene were wonderful throughout, providing consistent support and encouragement along the process.

We are now expecting our first baby in a few months and are beyond grateful to Dr Galian and the entire nursing team. We couldn't recommend them highly enough.

Please note this 5-star review is directed solely at Dr Galian and the nursing team. Unfortunately, our experience with the admin team was very disappointing - they came across as rude and overly focused on invoice payments, with zero compassion shown towards patients.

We cannot rate clinic and its wonderful staff highly enough.

This was our sixth round of treatment, and our first round at IVI, and I can hand on heart say this was the least stressful, despite not living locally to London.

I am currently ten weeks pregnant, and over the moon to say the least!

We were very pleased with our care at this clinic and would highly recommend to anyone seeking fertility treatment. The nurses, doctors, and staff are all very kind, compassionate, and professional. They have a very high bar at this clinic and it showed. They were very responsive to our (endless) queries and took the time to understand our priorities when developing a care plan.

After a long journey and trying other fertility clinics in London, we couldn't recommend IVI more highly. If you are looking for a clinic that combines world-class science with genuine compassion, this is the place to go.

Thanks to their incredible expertise and care, my husband and I are finally achieving our dream of becoming parents and are now over 30 weeks pregnant with our baby boy!

We attended IVI after deciding against a competitor clinic as we found them chaotic and didn't have faith in them. IVI were the total opposite.

We attended IVI for donor egg IVF and unlike other IVF clinics, we could attend all our appointments in London, as opposed to having to travel to Europe for some.

We felt calm and supported for the entire journey. The staff were friendly, helpful and explained what they were doing and why. The prices were clear from the start and there were no hidden costs.

We were very lucky to have 5 successful embryo's from our donor's 10 eggs, and we opted for 1 transfer on 3 March 2025. Our son Axel was born 11 November the same year, and should we decide on baby no.2, it will be IVI we go to.

A huge thank you to the IVI London team, thanks to whom I became the happy mother of two children three years apart. I am so glad I trusted them. The medical care is impeccable and delivered with compassion. This journey is emotionally challenging, but the quality of care and medical communication is reassuring. The advice was sound and honest, while still allowing me, as a patient, to remain fully involved in my journey and make informed choices. Thank you to the nurses Paloma, Irene, Sophie, Claudia… to the lab team Eleanor, Lourdes, Gwen… and to Dr. Tomasz, in whom I had great confidence. He presents things with great clarity and kindness. In the event of a failure (for me, an embryo transfer), he presented me with all the possible investigations to understand the cause, which was very reassuring. The subsequent transfer gave me my son.

For me, IVI London embodies medical excellence on a human scale. I know that not everyone is as fortunate as I am, but I am convinced that I have chosen the best clinic to fulfill my dream of becoming a mother.

I had a frozen embryo transfer on the 8th of August, and now I am 17 weeks and 4 days pregnant. I am very happy with IVI and especially with my doctor, Thomasz Lukaszewski, who helped and guided me through everything to make sure the transfer worked on the first attempt. Even though I came to the clinic through the NHS, I received the best care and attention from the IVI London team. I am so happy I chose this clinic, and I would choose it again without hesitation. I highly recommend it with full confidence. Thank you so much IVI for taking care of us and make us happy !!!

Fantastic clinical expertise, and great all-round support throughout our challenging fertility journey over the past 3 years.

I had a wonderful experience with the IVI UK clinic, Dr Tomas and his team were nothing but supportive and caring throughout our IVF process. With the help of Dr Tomas's expertise and the whole IVI team we had a successful first transfer resulting in our healthy baby boy. IVI is an exceptional clinic that I'm very lucky to have come across and will forever be grateful to.

Truly excellent! I had a wonderful experience at IVI, London. The staff made me feel welcomed and cared for. The medical practitioners were incredibly kind, patient, and professional, which really helped ease my nerves throughout the process. The doctors took the time to explain everything clearly. I truly felt supported and hopeful during my journey here.

Every step was well explained and we were always kept in the loop on what's going on. Going through embryo freezing was a scary process to think of on many fronts due to injections and surgical procedures etc., but the IVI team was so empathetic and considerate and they helped us through the whole process at every possible level. Would absolutely recommend IVI to anybody considering fertility treatment.
