Absolutely misleading
The ad said 'soft cotton linen blend'. When the dress arrived the label said it was 95% polyester and 5% spandex. It looked terrible and felt unwearable. Plus, being polyester, the strong colours (much stronger than in the ad) will never fade so it will always look like a clown suit. A complete waste of money.
If I could give ZERO stars I would
If I could give ZERO stars I would. This is THE WORST on-line order and customer service experience I have ever had. I ordered a black and white poster print in May, when I finally received it (shipped from China) 2 months later the print was green (very green). I contacted the customer 'happiness' (that is HILARIOUS) agent Agnes who actually told me that was how the print was supposed to look. I had to argue and send photographs taken up against black & white backgrounds to show the colour difference. Finally relenting they sent me another - which admittedly I did receive faster - but honestly my blood is boiling - this time it's even MORE GREEN. It seems like we are dealing with some printers who are unable to work in black and white. I have requested a refund now as this company is beyond ridiculous and provides shoddy, sub-standard - wrong coloured products. Do NOT order from them.
Be very careful
Be very careful! I was sold a set of 6.5 inch plates for $37 and received only one. They will refund me the money after I return it to Hong Kong. Although it’s shipped from a US address, it is a Hong Kong company. The postage will cost me more to send it back and they are not covering it. Do not buy from this site!!!! It’s not ethical in many ways! Art + Interior site looks great but is super misleading and unresponsive.
COMPLETE SCAM
COMPLETE SCAM. They rebranded as Art + Interior and continue to scam their customers. I purchased art from them over a month ago and never received it - I had to file a case with Paypal to receive my money back. They shipped my package from China using the slowest form of shipping available. Once it got to my local post office, it got stuck. I was able to track it down & contact USPS to try to figure out what happened & was informed the package was mailed with only a zip code - no physical address and no return address. It's basically a blank package. They ship it with the zip code so that the "tracking" will make it seem like your package is in transit. They know it will never reach you - but enough time will pass that the funds will clear their bank. I should've read the reviews before purchasing - practically every real review has a similar issue to me.

They rebranded as Art + Interior but are still fraud
I ordered two products two month ago. They get my money and it took more than a month to deliver one of them after countless chasing, for the second product they kept saying they have delivery issue and ask me to wait and use the tracking number, which does not even exist in the post website. Please do not trust this company. You will get disappointment and delayed reply but never get the product you expected. Worth online shopping experience ever. I hope I can rate 0 star if there is.

It was not clear to me when I ordered I was doing business with a so-called "company" in China.
More than half the reviews online about this company are written by the same person under different user IDs. Scam reviews.
AVOID THIS COMPANY IF YOU CAN'T AFFORD TO LOSE MONEY WRECKLESSLY. Order from them if you don't care about wasting time and resources.

I wish I could give negative stars. This company took my money and then I never received my goods. I ordered a month ago. Customer service won’t respond. There is no phone number to call. I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered. IVY WILDE (ART + INTERIOR) is a company you should avoid avoid avoid! Art + Interior seems to be a fraud.

i've ordered a beautiful pink cutlery set. The shipment was fast. The cutlery came in a box that actually was broken but all the pieces inside were perfect and not damaged. The quality is great and the cutlery is really well refined. It represents the perfect complement for a gorgeous table display.
Don't order with this company. They will not send you the goods, but they will take your money.
I made an order in January and still waiting for it in April. Totally unacceptable. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY it appears to be a fraud. They've had my money for months without any shipment. When asked, they very politely say they are looking into it to inform me they had a computer glitch and they will send when they have the stock, so they don't even stock the gorgeous cutlery I bought! I am having to go through PayPal to get a refund as they won't give me my money back. DO NOT USE. Terrible company.

I waited months for my delivery and…
I waited months for my delivery and contacted them to find out where it had got too. First they said that the delivery guy may not have updated the tracking, then they said to wait another 4-5 days, then I contacted again and they said they'd get back to me within 2 days. Which they did, but when they did, they sent me the proper tracking link for Royal Mail and said it was with the local depot and that Royal Mail had tried to deliver it. I checked the tracking link that they had sent and it said that it had been at the depot too long so was being sent back to the sender! So i never had a chance to receive it. I later found out that the customs charge had not been paid (an extra £13.76) hence why it had never been delivered. So i would have been expected to pay an extra £13.76 if i had had a chance to pick it up from the post office! I asked for a full refund from Ivy and Wilde including shipping costs as felt this was entirely their fault and they refused and only refunded my minus shipping costs! Terrible company, DO NOT USE! They have also rebranded to Art + Interior and i wouldn't be surprised if this is because of bad reviews on the previous brand.

BUYER BEWARE!
This has been one of the worst online ordering experiences I've ever had.
I ordered something in early January, and not only has it not come, but the shipping details have not been updated since 1/31 (3 weeks ago). I have reached out to them several times, and they keep on giving me excuses. The advertised 100% customer service guarantee or your money back, and they did not honor that, as I have asked to cancel my order but they will not do so.

The product looks totaly different on the webshop photo - real : on the webshop something exclusive, real cheap material in a big production.
When I mailed them, they had a solution: send the costume back to Tokyo (read: pay another 35€) to get 35 back...

Terrible Customer Service, Shipping Times.
This company is international and it took the products months to arrive. The company blamed customs and would do nothing from a customer service perspective. When it finally did arrive, it was the wrong color. The company refused to issue a refund until it received the product back and would not pay for shipping--meaning that I would have been on the hook for international shipping charges that would cost almost as much as what I bought.
